Pleo has saved time and reduced manual, physical expense processing
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very user friendly and creates an easy experience for teams to us

You can't make filling in the notes sectino mandatory

Pleo is streamlining our expense process in the business

Easy to use. Intuitive for team members so new members onboarded and up and running quickly

We had an issue with approval flows, and the customer support time were not helpful in resolving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops everyone from using a central card. Acts as an expenses system and avoids the need for reimbursements
Rough start, but very easy to use software once set up
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, both for admin and users. Also well priced
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding was rough. The integration with exact did not work correctly. A remote technical support using tickets took a long time without succes. Ultimately a customer success manager stepped in and solved it in 5 mins

Tracking individal spend, as well as invoice management. Giving all employees the options to buy things, within certain set constraints
More than just an expenses card
What do you like best about the product?
Manages expense accounts well with added features such as reimbursements for employee personal expenditure and invoices to schedule payment of supplier invoices. Easy to use platform. Easy to implement in any size of business. Access can be given to accountants/bookkeepers. Customer support is quick and efficient. I use it daily for multiple clients. Easily integrates with accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I can think of is if an inventory management system is used, supplier invoices can be duplicated when processed via Pleo and theinventory software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seperates expenses from main bank account transactions and integrates them into the accounts saving time. It also acts as an Accounts Payable function to upload and pay or schedule payments.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can use it just like a normal bank card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not been able to export on the phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for separate programmes to put on invoices and spend. Don't need to hold petty cash on site.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows multiple users to spend and easy to upload receipts and descriptions of transactions
What do you dislike about the product?
notifications about missing details when we don't need those specific options

Helps to have multiple users and an easy way of uploading and tracking receipts

Reminder when the wallet is low, monthy top-up, easy to download transactions in to excel, codes & descriptions recorded against expenditure

Would be great if there was DD collection in the UK.

Easy to use, employeees just need to snap their receipts, or fetch can upload from emails. No excuses about 'lost receipts'

Pleo makes reimbursements easy to manage by giving my employees access to there own account where i can set limits to the amount of money they have access to

They receipt finder to my email is not always finding the receipts

The best tool for managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use - both as an adminsitrator and as a user. It's easy to upload new receipts from both phones, computers and by forwarding emails, it takes not time to create new users, it's easy to check up on missing receipts, transfer the expenses to our bookkeeping system etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides to Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us easily managing our employees' credit card expenses. We spend less time than before on keeping tracks on receipts and making sure all employees remembered to do their expense reports etc.

So far and from why I use it for (expenses) there hasn't been a downside

Ease and instant update on expenses. Time reduced compared it to expensing manually using personal card.
