A great tool to manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage expenses and keep an overview of receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any downsides at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo, out-of-pocket expenses are no longer needed and can be made through the Pleo card. It is easy to upload receipts.
The best customer service ever
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very intuitive and smooth to use. The customer service is +5 stars! From the employee perspective, there is literally nothing I'd add to the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app crashed once but the IT team helped immediately.

Helps us to keep the expenses on track

Terrible customer service, little or no communication and no account manager or human to speak to. I couldn't recommend this product right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Having both physical and digital cards, and automatching with receipts in your inbox are my favorite features. It takes extreme laziness from my side, to miss a receipt upload ever again. Either it's done fully automated, or I just have to open the PLEO app and scan the receipt laid out in front of me, and everything from that point on is done by pure magic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still some improvements to be made with the way employee expenses work, when not using a PLEO card - but that's not a core feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing receipts from purchases is a thing of the past. Categorizing purchases and expenses is much easier than before utilizing PLEO. Control of employees spend, setting limits etc. is all easy.

It is very easy to create and allocate cards. I love the vendor card feature.

there is sometimes issues with language selection.

Super smart features for everyday use and easy expense management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy for both users and administrators to use once all background data is set up correctly. Additionally, it allows for easy data transfer to accounting software

The ability to edit already processed expenses should be configurable, including the underlying accounting and adjustments

Digital vouchers os attached and the data connection with the finance program
it has been great for reconciling expenses and visualizing all in one place

Very easy and intuitive, takes the hassle out. Integrates nicely with our systems

can't seem to be able to check invoice as done so we don't end up with lots of to-dos

What do you like best about the product?
For us, PLEO's main purpose has been to make sure that all purchases our employees make, has valid documentation. PLEO continuously improves this with new features like Fetch, where our employee simply can forward the receipt to a e-mail address instead of having to login to PLEO and manually attach the receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is of course a concern, but I feel like the prices has been stable lately. Sometimes the interface on desktop is clunky (eg. not showing receipts that have been uploaded)

Making it quick and efficient for all employees to save their receipts and apply them correctly

The solution provided is functional and meets our needs. The technological aspect of the solution is quite good, with only minor flaws and shortcomings

Very bad service from the sales person, the pricing structure and potential discounts are highly problematic. A
Initially, we were offered a 25% discount under the new pricing model if we accepted a new long term contract. However, when I didn't accept the offer immediately, the discount was reduced to 10%, seemingly at the whim of the salesperson.
We were also required to pay for a minimum number of users far exceeding our actual staff count due to the inclusion of part-time and seasonal workers. This was despite our willingness to pay for these users as long as they were using the solution.
