What do you like best about the product?
Automatic prompts to submit expense. Data stripping. Integration with xero, accurate use of my xero categories

Not being able to delete expense lines that have been accounted differently than just by exporting the statements

Pleo allows us t keep track of the small expenses we have, a lot better and a lot less beaurocratic process than having a petty cash
Very quick setup of card, APP is easy to use and self intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of the app, very fast and efficient setup process, having access to a digital card.
What do you dislike about the product?
unable to easily download an Excel dump of the transactions. forces you to link through to a system if you want to download the expenses.

Allowed quick access to a debit card and was very cost efficient to get it issued.
Great for managing expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of expenses, it propts you to picture the receipt as soon as the purchase is made! No more holding onto receipts until the end of the month!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having to approve an online transaction can be a pain, but understand why they have the feature!

Not being able to claim VAT back from lost receipts

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Pleo for almost 2 years now and the system has improved a lot, the re-imbursement of expenses is very streamlined and easy to use, the invoice function has improved considerably. All staff I have liaised with have been very professional and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue i have is that Pleo isn't showing as a bank feed into QuickBooks as yet, however this is supposed to be coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our expense process much easier and streamlined for me and also my staff who go out on site and expense. it is very user friendly to snap expenses and for them to submit to me as the approver.

Simple accountability and documentation of expenses

Some of the integration with Sage still requires more work

Forecasting expenses has become simpler and management of individuals spending is easily shown. It's helped us remove the sometimes surprising and arduous process we had before.

Very easy to use and simplified controls, also easy to set up.

Could maybe at more option on the interface when allocating payments

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Pleo for me are the scan function - adding receipts for payments is very quick and easy to do, even when you're out and about. I like the clear way expenses are shown and how easy it is to see if any information is missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is making it very easy to manage work expenses and it means that I no longer have to spend my own money and then claim it back.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting photos of reciepts is very streamlines and quick. I often do it in the shop so never end up loosing receipts. The automation correctly assesses what the expense is for.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have submitted a receipt somewhere else its hard to mark it as sorted.
