Efficient Expense Management, Seamless Mobile Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using Pleo and how practical it is, especially having it right on my phone. It's great for managing expenses like subscriptions, team prizes, and client travel. I appreciate how easy and quick it is to upload receipts, which saves me from having to deal with a lengthy transactional process like in my previous role. I also enjoy the simple process of taking a photo of the receipt right there and then. The setup was really easy too; just downloading the app and following the steps, which took no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe it could be, like, a bit of a quicker time just to snap the receipt. Sometimes it takes a while to come through, and that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes managing expenses effortless with easy receipt uploads and no need to claim back expenses. It's practical and convenient on my phone for instant use, especially for travel and client-related expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo easy to handle with a user-friendly experience. I also like its expense tracking, checking the limits, and the approval process. The initial setup was quite decent and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pleo could improve the smarter recognition of expenses. By implementing AI or broadening the data scope and intellectual aspects, the expense recognition feature could be enhanced.

Pleo helps with collecting receipts, expense tracking, and managing limits and approvals. It's easy to handle with a user-friendly experience.
Effortless Reimbursements with Clean Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo at my company for reimbursements and friskvårdsbidrag, and it's a really nice experience. I like the nice UX with a clean interface and the fast turnaround for reimbursements. Before, I used an app called Skovik, which was clunky with bad UX, leading me to postpone adding receipts, but with Pleo, it's fast and easy. I also find the initial setup very, very easy. From a user perspective, I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, as an employee I only use and see the "add receipts or ask for reimbursement pages". These I feel are really good. Not sure about the admin aspects of the app though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes it easy to report and get reimbursements with a nice UX and fast turnaround. It's a big improvement from my previous app, Skovik, which was clunky and frustrating to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Pleo's design because the UI is very nice, and I just feel very smooth when using the service. I also appreciate that I don't have to put a reimbursement every time I use it for monthly subscriptions as it does it automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is incredibly helpful when it comes to paying expenses as an employee. It's super easy to get a credit card and payment works flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much to be honest. It can be difficult to get further card details when sites ask for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me pay expenses abroad, for a team I was leading. It's benefiting me through convenience, simplicity and easy access.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pleo is how effortless it makes something that’s usually annoying. Spending and expenses just happen naturally, without paperwork or back-and-forth, and everyone knows where they stand. It feels modern, fair, and surprisingly human for a finance tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting can feel limiting if you want very tailored views. It’s smooth day to day, but less flexible when you try to go beyond the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saves time, reduces stress, and avoids awkward back-and-forth with finance. The benefit is simple: less admin, fewer mistakes, and more trust, so you can focus on actual work instead of expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo helps me to stay organized and manage my expenses. The receipt tracking system is particularly beneficial, with all the different categories and specificity making it very useful for my company to track expenses through different teams and departments.

I don’t know. It seemed like a big transition for all the people. Many in my company don’t know so much about bookkeeping

Handy invoice reminders, but Fetch can be slow and unreliable

Reminders to submit invoices. app based.

fetch often doesn’t work. it can take a few seconds to load after you attach a receipt or a budget centre
