Streamlined Expense Management
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo saves a lot of time and eliminates the need for complicated forms and paper receipts. It's great that Pleo has a user-friendly app for logging expenses on the go with multiple ways to share a receipt, including taking a photo or forwarding by email. I also enjoy the speed of getting my money reimbursed quicker and the ease of posting expenses to different department budgets. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy, and I find these features incredibly helpful in managing expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional glitches on the app cause me to see the same expenses multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo for claiming and approving expenses. It saves me a lot of time by eliminating manual forms and paper receipts, speeds up reimbursements, and eases posting expenses to different departments.
Simplicity and Ease, Needs Smarter Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use of Pleo. I think it's nice to have the digital cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful to have an AI agent that can identify when something looks more like an order screenshot rather than an invoice or receipt. This could save finance teams from having to manually follow up with me about it a week or two later.

Pleo simplifies expense management by eliminating the need to track personal expenses, provides digital cards, and offers ease of use. However, an AI feature for immediate receipt validation could enhance it further.
Simple, Effective, and Does Exactly What It Should
What do you like best about the product?
Everything it's designed to help with is made as simple as can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely nothing comes to mind. As an overall service it does what it needs to do and it does it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to manage expenses through the company where I work, submitting my expenses through to the company's finance team. Pleo makes this makes really simple by automating the creation of expense records as much as it can when paying with the Pleo card, and prompting me to complete expenses by submitting receipts for each expense.
Effortless Expense Management with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo really easy to use, especially for submitting everything the company needs, like receipts and such, without the hassle of dealing with paperwork or taking pictures. I also like the 'Fetch' feature that looks into my emails to find receipts, which is pretty useful. It saves me a lot of time since I don't have to take pictures, upload PDFs, or click through various steps. It's just easy to use, and I'm happy with it. Plus, the initial setup of Pleo was really easy, so anyone familiar with software should be able to handle it, as it's not complicated at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think temporary cards for members without a Pleo account would be useful. Like saying, 'Here, take this card. There are £20 there. Use this card.' But I guess that's me asking too much.

Pleo is really easy to use for managing company expenses, reducing the administrative load of submitting receipts. The 'Fetch' feature saves me time by automatically finding and handling receipts, eliminating manual uploads.
Intuitive and Time-Saving, But Category Setup Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Pleo is designed to be very easy to use. It's intuitive and makes it simple to find where I need to submit my expense. This ease of use saves me time because I don't have to create a complicated expense report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we have set a lot of different categories in our organization, and it's not always clear which categories are to be used. The setup can be important. And looking through all the categories takes up quite a bit of time. There's more clearer, shorter categories. It would be easier. So perhaps a description for each category could differentiate which ones to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to submit travel expenses easily, avoiding manual reimbursement requests.
Exceptionally Easy and Clear—A Cleaner Alternative to Expensify
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, very clear what actions need to be taken, much cleaner than expensify

Find it very easy to use to be honest, no complaints

All employees have a Pleo card that they can use for company expenses. Using it automatically creates an expense and if you get emailed a receipt, Pleo can automatically pick that up. It's nice to give people autonomy without adding workload in managing expenses
Effortless for Reimbursements, But Not a Frequent Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of Pleo. It's quite easy to use, and even though I don't use it often, primarily for reimbursement purposes, the experience has always been straightforward and fast. This lack of complexity means that I can get things done quickly without any hassle.

Not super complicated, but I had to ask for a code from someone in the HR department.

I use Pleo for reimbursement, like paying for my gym and getting reimbursed. It's quite easy to use.

It gives reminder for receipts missing, and it is possible to create vendor cards for automatic postings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Pleo because it manages all my expenses efficiently when I'm on office business trips, like visits to expos or traveling to places like Birmingham or Northern Ireland. It means I don't have to keep my receipts all the time or worry about losing them. It makes reimbursement way less of a hassle compared to doing it manually. The app auto-populates details from the receipts, like the amount, date, and location, so I don't have to manually enter anything, which is awesome. It significantly reduces the typing I have to do. The setup was quick and easy, taking only five to ten minutes, thanks to autofilled information from my work phone. I'm really glad to be using such an amazing app that makes my life easier.

Sometimes the AI that recognizes whatever is written on the receipt doesn't work too well.
