Enhanced experience
What do you like best about the product?
Super concise, easy to navigate especially on the desktop, account manager is really helpful when receiving feedback, training has been easy to perform with Pleo guides, moving from one expenses platform to Pleo has been seemless with Pleo's integration, easy to upload new users
What do you dislike about the product?
Categories and tags have been misaligned in the back end causing confusion for our finance team, invoicing feature has been hit and miss when uploading documents,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our staff to spend funds as they see fit and enables administrators to accurately track where spending has occurred. We have multiple budget lines across various departments and Pleo allows us, as an organisation, to fulfill any expenditure required. It also enhances our reporting to funders and trustees, by using the analytical back end.

I believe as an app tge cost is a but High but the simplification of steps and tools and tasks are worth trying.

API link has limited fields to populate. no good analysis one moved to accounting software

Not much to be honest. The exporting to Xero flow is sometimes a tad clunky

Very easy to get hold of the team via chat, so if there's ever a problem, it's dealt with quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had one issue. KYC info was requested via email once - it got accidentally archived, because I receive a lot of Pleo mail. The account was frozen without warning or notification and it took a couple of days to unfreeze. Better communication around this would have been appreciated as it cut off critical suppliers.

Create visibilty on all spending. Empowers team members to act which saves management a lot of time.

Sometimes tweaks are made to the app which aren't communicated and causes some frustration.
There are ocassional bugs which should be sorted.

Simple Expenses Management
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very simple to use and resulted in staff now capturing 98% of receipts, which is a massive improvement on previous levels. This has made our VAT claims better and more than covers the cost of Pleo. Pleo also easily integrates with XERO, making the accountant's job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have higher quality cards and designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows staff to more easily capture receipts when using their cards for expenses. It also lets us see what they spend and easily set limits.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is nice and clean, and I like that I can easily manage company expenses. Quick receipt uploads. My team likes it, and its easy to pick up and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. I would find it helpful if the analytics were better.

One system for all expense management. Easy to track and approve in one app.
