Excellent way to manage company expenses, budgeting and just about everything else!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it was very clear, everything you could use it for and the amount of detail you could put in. I also liked the that the people were in charge of their own expenses, as much as they still had to be checked, they would still be capable of paying for it with their own cleo cards (Another loved reason!) Also the customer support was just brilliant. We had a bit of a bumpy start with our trial but Nicole was brilliant in explaining everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say, was we had a bit of a bumpy start, as our cards took a while to arrived and some of the people were unable to get this to work. Otherwsie nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very clear and precise, I can see exactly what invoices need to be paid. When any subscriptions are due to come out and also what expenses are being claimed. Its all very clear. Unfortunately due to system changes within our company we are not currently using PLEO, but as soon as this has all been implented, it will be the first thing we signed up too.
Very pleasant and efficient service
What do you like best about the product?
The app is great, the ability to instantly take photo of receipts really allowed our staff to keep all expenses in order. And its ability to link to Xero is really convenient. Plus the 1% cash back bonus, for a company with frequent spending, its pretty much a free service. Also very good customer support.

Nothing. I like the service very much, it is a great service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is solving our complex expense management system. It provides a comprehensive and automated solution for our monthly expense reporting and VAT claiming.
Great Tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it intergrates with Xero and it has made my expenses extremely simple to manage and complete. The app is amazing for what I need and allows me to claim all my expenses! The ease of the system is fantastic! As I'm using it daily as a regular user it's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the direct debit takes a few days but I don't see how you can solve that issue. I think the free version is amazing and once we hire people we will switch to paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Pleo honestly I wasn't claiming a whole lot of expenses because of the agro in place to get it loaded on the Xero system and then claiming the expenses just wasn't a good use of time. Pleo has made it effortless!

Really easy to use. Collaboration with team members is super simple.

Our bank does not support auto-top-up yet

Emergency payments can be done via Pleo with vendors who might not invoice us / give credit
Pleo has helped streamline our expenses procedure
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy for staff to manage their own cards and PIN number etc on the app. They can now also upload the invoice in real time rather than it getting lost in a van somewhere! The email gets sent to them and they then follow the simple instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. We had an issue with our first bank transfer of funds but this was dealt with quickly by the Wallet team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we had was lost invoices and receipts. Staff had no function to get these over to the accounts team quickly. Pleo lets them upload realtime scans of the document they have.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, the app is fantastic and the tracking system for receipts is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while for funds to reach the account, especially over the weekend.

Great solution for an SME
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link to our ERP and removing the need for our team to submit expense receipts. It saves everyone a lot of time.

Its not the cheapest but totally worth it

Having our team pay for software or expenses themselves and then submitting receipts - leading to them being out of pocket and additional administration for our accounts team.
Perfect solution for company expense management
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to roll out with great support for implementation. Very simple integration into DATEV for accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few functions missing, but Pleo is developing enhancements and new features at great pace.

Travel expense management is simplified a lot.
The approval process for all expenses is much easier.
The finance team has full overview about all expenses and very agile control of the spending limits.

Great Software which has helped to improve the finances of the business
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very user friendly, everyone has picked this up well. It has enable finance to have a greater insight to spending and control spending to ensure these are only being spent on the right things. It has also sped up employee expenses claims and mileage claims - before these were very manual and now they are much quicker.
The ability to review before anything gets exported is great, it means there is less chance for mistakes to occur.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is our current bank Metro Bank doesn't intergrate with Pleo, so we have to manual top ups but this is only a minor issue.

It is helping finance to have an insight to where employees are spending and ensuring the cards are only used for business expenses.

Pleo has made submitting expenses actually fun!
What do you like best about the product?
The forwarding function of Pleo is insanely straightforward. We are saving hours each month from manually submitting receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely cannot think of downsides to Pleo!!

Pleo is saving us hours from submitted receipts for expenses, has made having a company card very straightforward and the automatic top-up has saved from common overdue fines we were previously getting when our bank accounts would freeze due to spend limits.
