Not a bad thing to say, other than a glitch where it askyou to send information again.

So let's just say - I love Pleo! It really takes the administrative nighmare out of managing employee expenses out :)

Honestly I cannot really think of downsides.. I have been super happy, to the extent that I am adopting it for my 2nd company as well

Effortless expense management
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for our entire team and it's easy to to use to make purchasing and book keeping really simple. A well designed product with a pleasant user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame that we don't earn any kind of reward points when using Pleo (compared to reward credit cards which for instance give us airmiles) and it's a shame that there's no credit element; we're spending real cash like a bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping us save time and headaches by speeding up routine payment and booking keeping tasks. Thanks to pleo we're more consistant in our approach and this feeds into better and more efficent reporting.
Easy to use for cross company spend
What do you like best about the product?
Really good user experience and very easy to use for the card feature. Rarely have any problems with them and the prompts for receipts make it super easy for finance team to get the paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoice payment feature is basic and not particularly useful in a larger company. It's hard for finance teams to keep control (avoiding duplicated payments or incorrect payments)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending across the company is made easier with payment cards. Not sure how we would do it otherwise. Expense management avoids the need for endless spreadsheets

You can make many accounts with virtual cards. Also it is compatible with accounting software so it makes work much easier.

There are no feature I'm not satisfied with...

The most valuable thing about Pleo I found so far is transfering expense data to our accounting software with all receipts. It saved us valuable time

This speaks to Pleo's forward-thinking mindset around work culture.

As a relatively new company, Pleo likely still has some growing pains to work through. There may be hiccups in service or product capabilities typical of younger companies.

The digital and physical capabilities. Simple process for technology challenged colleagues.

Some of the wording could be clarified to make editing payments easier.

It keeps track of payments made by multiple colleagues at multiple events and helps separate them to ensure clarity.
Simple but powerful payment system
What do you like best about the product?
They provide a service we can use! (As an Irish charity the number of payment card providers that will serve us is quite small).
The service is free for 3 users, and our bookkeeper can access the system as well (at a small monthly cost). The app is great and has really helped us to keep our spending much more organised.

What do you dislike about the product?
The costs ramp up quite quickly when you have more than 3 users, to the point where it is unrealistic that we would ever be able to afford to add another user. Also some of the integrations and advanced features are locked on the free plan - and again we will never be able to afford them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a business credit card but had other staff members that needed to make payments. Pleo allows us to have 3 staff members with payment cards in their own name, rather than having the security risk of sharing a credit card.
A must have!
What do you like best about the product?
Using pleo as a user, and as an admin is such a time saver. As a user you can be responsible for your own expenses with ease, which eases the bookkeeping down the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fetch function is very good but doesn't always work. It could do with a bit more development.

The interfaces on phone and web are clear and it's always easy to find the information you're after.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a bank that does not support the auto-top up facility. Not Pleo's fault but that would make our life easier - and save embarresment.

Clarity of who is spending, where, when and what on.
