Great tool for team expenses management. Integrations & additional features would further improve it
What do you like best about the product?
To manage cards, limits, approvals, visualization of expenses and adding receipts are really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no integration with Holded or other accounting systems. Also, there are occasional bugs in the platform that prevents to use some functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for an easy to use and control method for my employees to make quick payments that can't be done through invoices or need to be done last minute.

It is easy to use. The app on the phone combined with the the instant notifications makes it easy to upload receipts.

Clunky export to Xero with multiple steps needed

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has proven to be a reliable companion in the realm of receipt management. Its standout feature is the hassle-free way it allows me to swiftly capture and upload receipts while I'm on the move. This functionality alone has spared me from the clutches of lost receipts and manual data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the app's performance can be a tad sluggish, putting a small dent in the otherwise smooth experience. Perhaps the devs could focus on improving the app's performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it incredibly convenient to claim expenses without having to spend money on my personal card, then go throught the rigmarole of having to document and enter data to claim that back from my employer
Convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
All your expenses and receipts are all together in one olace which makes it so much easier to review and find what you need fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting data could be better. Sometimes the sync to the ERP can be distrupted and manually exporting data is needed but its not as easy to find how to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to hunt people down to provide their missing receipts. They already get alerted and I can also communiate with them through the Pleo platform if I have any questions or concerns.

What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic phone notifications to snap a photo of digital subscriptions like Google Ads etc. where I don't need to snap a photo as the invoice is emailed.

It's making our overall bookkeeping experience a lot better.

It works very easily across web browser and mobile app in a way which surprised me.

Adding money to it can sometimes feel a bit like you're sending money into the ether. I'd prefer to be able to do it in-app.

Enables me to allocate cards and small expenses for my team.
Also enables me to look at the smaller, day to day purchases of the compnay on a regular basis, sorting it from the more high level costs.

Simple Expense Process
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime usage is available - no waiting on statements . Each users information is available in one place and can be dowloaded either individually or as a group. Instantly being able to increase / decrease users limits or freeze cards if required. When we have had to use Customer Support, it has been quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if there was a report designer to allow admin to design reports specific to their needs rather than just the standard offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime usage, card limits. Pleo has reduced the time spent by all users dramatically - no more month end spreadsheets and receipt collation. Receipts are entered in real time, allow review to happen through out the month, with only the month end reconciliation and reimbursement to be done. My month end time spent has gone from 4.5 hours to around 1 hour.
My team would be angry if I take away Pleo from them
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, that it becomes almost fun to do your expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo is still dependent on 3g or 4g signal. When my team are in a very remote area they sometimes cannot pay because the app verification doesn't work without the internet signal. Improving this would certainly reduce the fear of paying with Pleo when in a remote area
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo solves for making expenses less painfull and for getting better quality receipts as incorrect ones can be intercepted more quickly

What do you like best about the product?
It's super useful being able to manage my teams spending in one place as well as having the ability to approve invoices within the platform itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find the waterfall feed hard to navigate when there are multiple users - filtering by one person isn't easy.
