Very Easy to Access
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to access , Easy to understand and manage all transactions purely loved the app

Nothing I can think of it was overall a good app to do everything & it was understandable

Having to remember one more card code. A couple of times I just defaulted to my personal (non-business) card and had to fill out a reimbursement form because I couldn't remember the pin code..

It reduces the work of our accountants quite significantly.

Effortless Expense Management with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Pleo picks up the information automatically from the receipt, which means I don't have to type much. It's good at sending me reminders and doesn't request a lot of documentation every time I need to document a payment. Using Pleo is way easier than previous tools I used, like Excel and another app. I find it easy to use compared to other apps, and it saves me a lot of time on these bureaucratic tasks. Also, I enjoy the dog and other drawings you get when you don't have internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy to have some of the functionalities when you are not online. For example, manually log in a receipt when we have it in hand and can take a picture, even if we have no online access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to document company card payments and work-related expenses. It's easier than previous tools like Excel, reminds me about tasks, picks up receipt info automatically, and doesn't request excessive documentation. It saves time on bureaucratic tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo easily tracks invoices and payments, helping keep my business organized. I like that it's easily usable, making it simple to navigate. The feature that sends me reminders when I'm missing a receipt is particularly useful, and it makes tracking expenses more efficient. The initial setup was also very easy, which made getting started with Pleo hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if there was a feature that tells you if a receipt doesn't match the amount.

I use Pleo because it easily tracks invoices and payments, and helps me track expenses with reminders for missing receipts.
Easy Invoice Uploads and Fast Processing
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of use, the possibility to upload or photograph invoices and quick processing. I have used it a couple of times now and it is really easy to use. Perhaps the only thing that I need to get used to, is the moment I need the numbers of the credit-card, there is another layer of identification.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far nothing actually, the app works, the activation process was easy.

For my organization, it solves the challenge of managing different cardholders when everything involves manual reporting and accounting. This app makes accountability much easier and helps keep things more organized.
Easy to Use with Handy Apple Wallet Integration and Receipt Scanning
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use from a user perspective - just install my card, and away I go! Apple wallet integration is nice, scanning receipts makes life easy. Like that I can have separate cards for different needs

Sometimes there's a few bugs, not loads though. Could do with an easy way to get a physical card.

We use Pleo for all of our business expenses - no use of cumbersome excel or legacy expensing systems

I use Pleo to pay for things I buy on the company, and it's nice not to use my own card and money. It makes the process easy and smooth. I think Pleo is a modern way of working – easy, simple, and smooth. I also value the reimbursement feature. The initial setup of Pleo was very easy.
