Essential for company expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking payments and reciepts so I can then integrate them into Xero seemlessly, whilst allocating costs to indiviual projects and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of flexibility with setting transaction and spending limits for team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of receipts and spending.

Pleo is a handy and remembering tool

What do you like best about the product?
I'm almost entirely taking care of buying in our small company. In the past I got confused from time to time or even lost important receipts. With Pleo I can easily scan these and upload them right away in the app for our administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only evaluate Pleo from the User perspective. From my perpective there is nothing really bothering me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use Pleo no receipts were lost again

What do you like best about the product?
As a sole trader it is very easy to set up and simple to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
App can appear to be a bit glitchy from time to time when I am scrolling down through my expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all my incidental out of office expenditure in one place that is easy to manage and control.

What do you like best about the product?
Executives or employees with corporate credit cards can provide receipts right when they do a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is prepaid only, so you have to make sure there are always enough funds in the Pleo account. Even with auto top-up, you have to plan. It would be great if one could fill the account using a "Echtzeitüberweisung" from the bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo solves the problem that it is a hastle to run after credit card receipts. This sometimes delays monthly closing, with Pleo this problem is solved.

Being able to see what my team is spending on in real time.

Nothing yet - Think the way the app works is great!

we have a medium size team that processes a lot of little transactions each week - very helpful to keep on top of spending and adding the correct accounting code

What do you like best about the product?
Instantly viewing expenses as they happen. uploading receipts as you go - avoiding having a pile of receipts to go through at the end of he month.
The app is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a nagative of Pleo - It's a great product which links neatly with our accounts system Zero.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding month end admin hell. Easy to to add new users & monitor spend 'live' with my team. Central top up is really good - so I don't need to constantly move around money.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and keeps your expenses under control, for you and your accountant. I understand how it works and find that it saves me time and gives me peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed my accountant to help me set up categories, which I didn't fully understand when first signing up. I think there could be optional more detailed walkthrough's when you sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes expenses and subscriptions super easy to manage, and saves time allocating reciepts to expenses. I have total control and know that when the time comes I can easily scale up as my business grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Has many options that work well for our firm and provides great overviews about spending & control. Digital & virtuel CCs is also a big plus. The tool is more userfriendly than some other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have an assistant option to support CEO etc. It definetly needs to add the option to upload directly for other people also to handle reimbursement. That would be a great add on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better overview about pending an allocating direct allowances to team members. Also easly switching between on/offboarding for new/leaving eployees is a grat plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface
Really easy to manage users and query expenses
App and web app work very well
Simple integration with our bookeepers
Infinitely easier to use than all of the competitors to try
What do you dislike about the product?
App can be buggy - photo upload crashes repeatedly
Work needed on reloading mechanism, as the direct debit takes a few days. There should be a better user flow to manage this

Simple solution to give key members of the team an expense management solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It collects invoices automatically, saving a lot of time of you use only one email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes transactions take a while to display and generally speaking it is hard to understand which features are limited by your account access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the invoices for me and matching them with the transactions.
