Extremely helpful and efficient way to manage work-related finances.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it super easy to manage everything to do with my work-related spending. I can spend using the virtual or physical card or get easily reimbursed for my personal spending through the options on the app, ie. transfer directly to a bank card or account number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be a bit more optimised for android devices, for example when I choose currency, it could remember my most recently used currencies, not the standard ones, ie. EUR, USD, GBP etc.
Also, when putting the amount, the currency field is covered with the amount iself, so it's not possible to change it in one smooth move.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo improves efficiency when it comes to managing work-related spending. Everything is in one place, the app is super easy to use and the recently introduced automatic recommendations make things even faster and smoother.
Great Software, Super Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of access. Solved the age old issue of having to wait till pay day to have your expenses paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Its great, eveything works as it should.

Having to wait till payday to get expenses paid. Having to put expenses on personal cards and then that becoming a cash flow issues.

I like too much anything we pay we can see it the spends inmediatly in the app, so we don't need to keep the bill or the papers with us.

Sometime is slow, so we can't update the tickets

What do you like best about the product?
The card and app to see card details actually works well, unless it blocks you for doing too many transactions in 24 hours or abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email fwd never works, and I mean never! Blocks you and you cant get back in unless you go back to your admin, which isn't great when traveling in different time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it super easy to handle my expenses as now I don't have to remember my paper invoices anymore , I just have to capture the invoice receipt by which process of submitting invoices made easy for me. It even works well with digital wallets like Google & Apple pay which make it more easy for me to pay merchants with one click only.
What do you dislike about the product?
the one thing I'm disappointed about is that they charge high amount for their premium plan in my opinion and one more thing I didn't like is they do not give option to edit or modify the receipt when we take picture of any invoice receipts. except this i didn't find anything wrong with it.

Plea helped me by smoothing the expense process for me. I no more have to look out for paper receipts for my expenses as with plea I can capture the picture of invoice receipts. it saves me from using my personal card for expenses.

Currently I have no wishes for improvement. Keep your support the same and keep responding to feedback, then we will remain customers for a very long time :-)

PLEO has facilitated our expenditure management as all staff now have PLEO access & we can manage expenditure centrally.

It is very easy to use. Very practical and fast. You upload the photo of the ticket, the concept and done

having to order a ticket and wasting time recording expenses. Tickets can get lost as you take a photo.

That it is so simple and saves med the hazzle of saving my paperwork. And then of course that you're up and running in no time.

The agility and speed with which daily expenses can be resolved without the need to use tickets.

The possible incidents that do not allow you to expedite the payment of daily tickets.

Previously, I had to justify all expenses with physical receipts. With this application, the use of paper and the justification of physical receipts is avoided.
