Easy Expense Management with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
I love not having to use my personal card for business travel expenses anymore. Moreover, I no longer have to keep the receipts for a long time, which is a great relief. The ergonomics are also very good, and I particularly appreciate the ability to take a photo instantly and fill in the corresponding milestones in less than 30 seconds. The initial setup of Pleo is very simple, it works like a normal card. I highly recommend Pleo, I would give it a rating of 10 out of 10.

With Pleo, I don't need to use my personal card, I no longer keep the receipts for long, and I take photos instantly to fill in the milestones quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo very easy to use, and it provides me with notifications to take a picture of my receipt, which I like. I also appreciate not having to use my personal credit card, as it solves that issue for me. The initial setup was very easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and quick way to track your expenses – without much effort and, above all, completely in digital form. This way, you keep everything organized in one place and can track your expenses at any time.

Fundamentally, there are no negative points for me.

There are missing receipts, and there are various forms of expense reports, which unnecessarily complicates the overview and allocation.
Effortless Expense Management with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Pleo because it means there's a lot less admin for me. I can make payments that I'm authorized to do without any extra fuss. It's a really good way for me to handle HR payments, like booking flights to the office since we're mostly a remote team. Pleo is also easy to use for regular expenses. Another thing I like is that it allows us to have our own cards, which was a big reason for switching from Dext. It's much easier to upload receipts and evidence, and for people to check things. Plus, the initial setup was super easy and everything went very smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know, occasionally, there are some bugs that come up, and it says it's unavailable. But other than that, it works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to effortlessly handle payments for influencer events and regular expenses with less admin. It simplifies uploading receipts and provides our team with individual cards, streamlining financial tasks smoothly.
Simplicity and functionality hand in hand
What do you like best about the product?
I find the simplicity of Pleo for the end user particularly positive. It starts with the fact that I only need to log in with a simple code that I can easily remember. This is very helpful. Additionally, the entire user interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. It is very clear, and it's easy to see what I need to do and where. For example, if I want to submit an expense, I am guided very effectively through the process. There are sensible default settings for all possible relevant data fields, which means I don't have to deal with different VAT classes or laboriously categorize the expenses myself. This makes it very easy for me. I also like that the process from login to payout runs lightning fast and I can be sure that nothing more is required from me once I have submitted an expense. This helps me enormously in the demanding professional day-to-day, and I don't have to spend much time on the platform, which I find very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifically, I repeatedly encounter two phenomena. One is that I don't have a useful preview function to upload simple photos of receipts, especially from the Apple world. Sometimes it's a bit buggy, making it look like I haven't added an attachment to the expense yet, but then somehow it is there, and vice versa. I find that confusing. And sometimes, when finalizing a submitted expense, the window remains open even though it has already closed in the background, and if I press it again, it gets saved twice. It's a bit buggy sometimes, and that annoys me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo, I simply submit my business expenses, track outstanding amounts and the processing status. Everything is in one place, which reduces unnecessary complexity. The intuitive user interface, the straightforward registration, and the minimal time investment are particularly valuable to me.

doesn't connect with US banks, so we've needed to use wire transfers for reimbursement

Very Easy to Use and Fast Travel Expense Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. Every travel Expense is in there very fast.

No automated payment after getting travel expenses in.
