What I like the most about Pleo is the ease of use, with a few simple clicks, you already have the data registered.

Pleo is super easy to use and saves a lot of time when requesting and using allocated budget for our expenses.

I think there's a too many categories when choosing the nature of the expenses that I am reporting. If there's a way to decrease the options or make it more intuitive, that would be great.

Pleo is an innovative solution that addresses various challenges and brings multiple benefits to my team when it comes to managing human expenses within our business operations. With its user-friendly interface and seamless functionality. From its interface to ease and smooth use, Pleo helps my team manage human expenses in our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes expensing super simple and quick, and saves me from forgetting my receipts and getting chased by the finance team! The app is extremely simple and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
An indication of your limit recommended or fixed (per cardholder) by finance would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating and managing expensing of ad-hoc things for the office and my team. Saves me using and expensing from my personal card, and keeps the finance team happy as they always have receipts.

There is nothing I dislike. It works well for me. At the moment I cannot think about better solutions.

Super simple and helpful system, both for the team and for accounting.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is very easy to understand and automatically reminds you to save receipts. This way, you don't have to search for receipts later and save a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo also automatically reads the invoices from the email inbox and then saves these invoices. Unfortunately, this does not always work reliably yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval of expense reports is much easier and faster thanks to Pleo. Additionally, there is no longer a need to fill out expense report documents. The former scanning of receipts is also spared, as you can quickly and easily take a photo and you're done.

The Ease of PLEO use
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PLEO for more than 3 months now and find it very easy to use .
However, we found it quite expensive to add additional users after the first three free.

The price per user above basic plan is too high in our opinion .
Also when you take picture in expenses there is no option to modify, edit or zoom in the photos of the receipts so these are uploaded by the claimants with
the full backgrounds

gives option for pre-paid cards for staff . It would be great if credit would be granted in the future as well so the account is not needed to be funded every time before the use
Pleo is a very good and affordable service
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is a very easy and affordable service for us as a non profit organization. The things we like best is the ability to do payments online, the Pleo Pocket feature and the direct integration with our accounting service.
We also like the customer support very much and have had good experience with that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its honestly hard to find anything to dislike about Pleo. There are some features that we think can get better in the Pleo Pocket feature and the feature of getting the receipt automatically attached to the right cost (Pleo Feth) is not working for all kind of receipts but this is not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That we can use debit cards with an affordable cost and that the money is separated from our bank account which makes it more safer. The biggest thing Pleo contributes to is a lot of time saved from the accounting part which mean less time for us and a lower cost from our accounting firm.
The best decision EVER. We have saved so much time and trouble from our previous system to Pleo.
What do you like best about the product?
The feeling that it is a plug-and-play solution. Onboarding did not take that long and we were ready to use the cards instantly when we had transferred the money to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization has been on Pleo in what we would say is the trial and error period, where we have tried the early multi-entity solution, which has been a pain sometimes. But we are very pleased with the help we have gotten from Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is making it more explicit about who is responsible for delivering what. Our accountants used to spend so much time checking in on people and reminding them to provide copies of their expenses etc.
