What do you like best about the product?
Time saver. High functionality. Intuitive user experience.

That all receipts do not feed into the app automatically

Makes my life on the go easier as I don't have to sit at the end of the month to compile receipts and manually enter them into a system

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and easily can copy the card details without typing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approval notifications which come too late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to have my bank card details with me and I can easily see all my transactions

Great expenses

What do you like best about the product?
The easy review system works really well, and assigning the expenses to different teams is so easy. it makes it so so so much easier when dealing with multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislkie anything about pleo - perhaps there are too many notifications telling me to review - i tend to do it all in one go, so wait for them to build up and the notifications are annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is making it much much easier to seperate team expenses, and put them into my cost tracker. its clear and good the team can assign them themselves so i dont have to do it

Perfect for expenses - more to do on approvals

What do you like best about the product?
The digital cards and Pocket. Fact it removes all personal payments of expenses - and if it does you can immediately get reimbursed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher international fees using Pocket and not enough reviewer settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time and stress for junior members of staff when spending. Also streamlining Finance Manager workflow - but this is still in process.

What do you like best about the product?
The notifications are extremely useful, especially reminders to add receipts which allows me to keep on track of my expenses in an efficient way. Being able to add PDFS or images is a great feature and as I'm often on the go being able to use it on apple pay is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a refund for a transaction I do think it is unnecessary to also add a receipt to this transaction. It would be easier to not add it as ideally the original receipt would have been submitted at the point of purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I manage software accounts for my employer It easily helps me to keep track of my business-related costs. Also as we have multiple cardholders, it does help keep to easily keep track of the team's expenses. The flexibility to add funds to cards also helps with unforeseen expenses.

App is nice to look at and easy to navigate
I like that you can see your virtual card details easily

Doesn't always link to email so taking screengrabs can be annoying

Really easy to do a reconciliation on the go rather than one big spreadsheet at the end of the month when you've forgotten !

What do you like best about the product?
This App makes life so much easier! Keeping old receipts and losing them was often a worry and now there is no excuse and having the card online to pay or add credit or freeze anytime is so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to be honest, I can't think of anything at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding it to the correct project and ensuring it goes to the right cost checker saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can assign any cost as soon as you've made a transaction, you don't have to wait till you get a statement at the end of the month and then try to remember what each item was and who for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times that the card hasn't worked when abroad leaving a few colleagues in a difficult situation, but this has been 3 times over the space of a year of using it

It helps us with budgeting and coding of expenses for each person across multiple projects that share staff, which saves massive confusion at month ends when reconciling costs

Easy as a user and manager

What do you like best about the product?
The settings for each individual user account is so easy to amend and the changes are made immediately. I can increased the purchase maximum and total limit available to each member of staff easily and quickly. The app is helpful when individuals are having issues with their card (for example if it's blocked in a foreign country) and so this helps when issues occur outside of office hours. I am able to review team spends easily, and managers are able to leave comments about spends and request for receipts. The web version is great when working at a computer, and makes attaching receipts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues of people's card's being blocked while abroad which has caused a little concern. However these individuals have been able to resolve the issue pretty quickly within the app - which is much better than a customer services number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy for work teams to spend money while working abroad - it's safer than taking cash, and it's easier the reconcile spends as there's no possibility of loosing spare change or receipts. As soon as you pay for something, you take a photo of the receipt and it's saved. Also the fetch function makes it easier to pair receipts from my work email inbox in to the spends on the Pleo app.
