for a person who deals with expenses all day, Pleo is a practical way to do it.
A god send for expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The fetch add on, that fetches your receipt straight from your emails to save you having to, it doesn't always work but great that it's there and gets most of your receipts

Nothing really, its a great app/credit card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for our finance team to track spending, its great you can just add your receipts to an app, gone are the days you're emailing all your receipts over

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to classify spending and add notes is really useful. Receipt reminders are also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the in-app authorisation for spending doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of paying for company expenses on my own card and having to wait to be reimbursed.

Nothing I can think of, perhaps getting a yearly summary but that might be possible

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic invoice fetching from my mailbox means I no longer need to forward invoices to the accounting team. The Storebox integration is also neat and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a little simplistic and could provide more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo eliminates the need to provide expense reports to the accounting team. All expenses are automatically matched with invoices and there is rarely a need to manually add receipts.
Pleo makes it extremely easy to keep track of expenses and directly add the receipts
What do you like best about the product?
Directly getting a notification upon payment makes it easy not to forget to add the receipts. Also, the fetch-function helps getting all the subscription and online payment invoices
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pity you can't change the PIN on the card, but that's just a detail :) At least it's easy to find it in the app!

Losing receipts is a thing of the past with Pleo and it's easy to remember to snap a photo of the receipt thanks to the reminder

Multiple receipts can be added and the app is quick to use.

Having to login for approval numerous times for the same merchant can be a little tedious.

Pleo allows me to upload receipts for expenses quickly and easily.
It's an amazing system that can organize a lot of finance over multiple departments

It organizes a lot of finance and can help give an overlook of expenses, together with limiting certain people only have access to a certain amount of money per month.

There isn't anything bad about pleo that I have met; it works to my expectations and hasn't given me any problems at all; there's always something that can be improved, but I don't see something right now

Pleo is solving a lot of trouble with having an overview of expenses and finance, the fact that we have to add a receipt every time we use it makes it very organized.

I like that receipts are added automatically into Pleo, which saves me from worrying about them.

Occasional outages prevent me from using my Pleo card or viewing my expenses.

Pleo helps keep track of expenditures and see which areas we spend the most/ least money on and by whom.
