Very practical in a business setting
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing past purchases, ability to use it on the go and upload receipts immediately - and allocate to correct cost item
What do you dislike about the product?
some past expenses didn't have any receipts, so they have been closed by the finance department. However, they remain in my overview of pending receipts

Flexbility for the team when wanting to make purchases, optimizing the expenses process
Its a great product ... fast and painless

Its so simple ... you just link it to your phone (wallet) and you are good to go
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really ... I guess it's only the annoying messages when you've forgotten to add a receipt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one does not have to complete an expense return every month

Reimbursement via pleo pocket, receipts via photo are super convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, sometimes I experienced bug in pocket (selecting a photo, then specifying the amount and time, later the photo was not attached any longer and I had to attach it again). I thing this bug is fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo I can pay my company expenses and immediately hand in the receipt. No more time-lag between actual expenditure and submitting expenses to my accounting department. Submitting per diems is extremely handy
I like the easiness of putting in expenses and having virtual and physical cards.
What do you like best about the product?
The notification every time I use my card - it makes me remember to get the report done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that my card has been closed when using it in a lot of countries - the last time it was when I was paying in a restaurant in New York

What do you like best about the product?
The auto-fetching from the mailbox feature is very helpful. Makes my life easier. I also like the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the choice to send the 2-factor verification code to two different phone numbers. It will be helpful when I travel. But that is a small issue and Pleo generally works like a treat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my business payments seamless and gives an overview to anyone in the command chain who needs to be in the loop. The virtual card feature is also helpful.
Pleo is an excellent tool to manage corporate expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all is centralized into the app, that it's very easy to keep a trace of all your expenses and that you can create an account that can be used by many people at the same time into the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app bugs but this is something that don't happen very often. The only thing that I would add is maybe a small optimization about the way we can sort the expenses per project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my company to give the project manager a (virtual) credit card that allows them to manage different expenses on their project without being dependant of our financial and accounting department (former we had to manage the availability of credit cards)
User-friendly solution for an old annoying problem

The ease of use, the ability to just take pictures if a receipt

I cannot use fields such as category when submitting invoices, sometimes there's downtime

Pleo is solving the collection of expenses from multiple employees in our business, which is saving us a lot of time.
Seamless payment and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant upside is that I do not have to use my own card/money when travelling for business. In addition, it is remarkable that it connects with services like apple pay.

As an employee (not in accounting), there are no downsides that I can think of

Pleo enables employees to travel and expenses more seamlessly, making it much easier for companies to control and handle expenditures.
Hassle free and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's just easy. The app is truly amazing. I also appreciate the simple yet upfront communication regarding missing receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing yet, really. I'm an employee, so haven't seen the whole system, but haven't heard anything negative from my employer, quite the opposite.

Paying for smaller purchases without having to hold on to endless receipts.

the speed of each activity manageable through an App

Probably the logo could change to be more friendly, but for all the rest, nothing! it's already perfect
