Pleo - Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use app and very straight forward. I like that you have everything in one app: card management, uploading receipts, categorizing expenses etc. I also really like the fetch function that automatically picks up invoices/receipts from my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app is a bit laggy and recently has been asking me to login again via verification code a lot, which deteriorates the user experience. I also noticed that sometimes the verification doesn't work. Furthermore, sometimes the log-in via face recognition is not smooth, it recognizes my face twice before letting me through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo provides me with a tool to manage my expenses, manage invoices as well as a corporate card for my work expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and you have a nice overview about every purchase
What do you dislike about the product?
When somebody ask you something or send you a message about a purchase you can't really answer it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to enter all the expenses you have during working hours. Moreover, you don't have to keep invoices and receipts.

There aren't any downsides to using Pleo, it's a user friendly app great for business accounting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to allocate expenses correctly, generating more accurate accounts. Quick and easy interface, especially on the app allowing us to be more productive day to day

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add invoices , especially the to add a pdf from an email via iphone suggestions. Furthermore I really like the apple pay option and the easiness to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you report a case, the card is blocked. It should only block the specific payment so the employee can still use the card and dont need to wait until it's fixed. (took 1 month to fix it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency between employee costs and activities as well as having a good overview about account balance and expenses. Last but not least it helps to save time
Good but sometimes complicated

It's accepted in all places, and we can use it on the apple wallet.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the system already finds what you expend, it will be easy because sometimes it's hard to find the receipt.
When I use my personal credit card, it is so much easier to find the receipt.

You don't need to wait for the reimbursement, and we don't have to send the refund on a fixed date because sometimes if you send the expenses after the 21 days of every month, you need to wait one month to get the reimbursement back, and payment of the credit card was delayed.
Really easy to use, love the reminder that comes up to add reciepts after purchase

Easy interface and reminders of when to add a reciept, love the scanning function as well.

You have to add recipients of purchase, you can't just type and include.

It is enabling us to spend money across the month without having to wait until payday to be re-imbursed.

Probably room for improvement: capturing receipt transactions so I do not have to manually upload

Works with my phone easily - I love the fact that i can pay for something - take a picture of the receipt and i'm done!

I have experienced a couple of times where is the automatic payment system with telephone number et cetera has been has not been approved so I had to so I had to edit again in the website

Makes it super easy for them to come and do the counselling and no we don't have two super super Sara going to
