Excellent and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Simple app layout, easy to get along with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some categories needed to be added manually.... I'd expected that, but to have rail and hotels active, but needing to manually add "fuel" seemed odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking receipts and filing expenses.

Pleo is very convenient when I need to pick things up for work.

Haven't found any downsides yet. I carry it with me always and can use to top up electric or purchase items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me carrying cash and keeping receipts all over the place.

It's been great but sometimes the card locks for no reason making it difficult to make a purchase.

All my Purchases are stored in one place and I can easily add receipts as proof of purchase.

The card sometimes locks making it impossible to make a purchase.

It's helping me to stay organized with my business expense making my life much easier
Incredibly easy to use and saves so much time
What do you like best about the product?
App is super user-friendly - notifications to send receipts straight away and avoids me losing any or having to do loads at the end of the month. Can also easily freeze cards and unfreeze them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to get a custom total expenditure date range. If I need to work out expenses for a two-week period I need to copy and paste it into a spreadsheet - it would be helpful if custom dates were a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How much time I spend on reciepts and uploading them. Avoids me losing any and can easily track how much I spend each trip.
Pleo gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has been a consistently useful tool to keep on top of receipts and bookkeeping. The UX is clear, it has solid integrations, and it just gets out of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much. I wish the auto receipt thing was quicker, and it does have a weird logout bug when the connection times out.

Keeping on top of bookkeeping is a pain. Pleo does make it easier.

Easy to use, fast way of keeping track of expenses

Sometimes the app starts flickering when taking a photo inside the app

Easy to use and very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is easy to use, the app is very user-friendly. When connected to your email account, it automatically retrieves most invoices. I love that you can have a virtual card and that it works with Apple Pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Pleo app would be a little faster: loading times can be a bit long. Sometimes the Touch ID is deactivated so you need to re-enter the code. Appart from that it is all fine

All the business cards and accounts are centralised. It is easy to administrate budgets and keep track of the different expenses, and spread them properly over the different teams.

The inability to split expenses between different codes is annoying. The review system is quite time intensive

Nothing at the moment, the tracking and reporting functions work well

It's streamlined the way we handle our expenses, from the initial spends to reporting

What do you like best about the product?
digital card that you can pay with where you go and the ability to photograph expenses. And the app works for verifying payments quickly. Other tools don't have actual epayment and receipts must be uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
no ability to do reporting is a downside. I'd like to be able to download my expense report into excel, for example. Also, sometimes the app is down and its unclear how i can make a payment when this is the case (but this is rare)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of expenses and ensuring fast and timely reimbursement when I am traveling or need to spend for my company. Definitely am able to do work faster with less back end admin.
