Good Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of tracking expenses, adding receipts, notifications/reminders it generates
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tricky when I get a refund, to code this properly

I'm bad at keeping up to date with receipts and logging them. Pleo's easy to use and helps me organise these.

Easy lay out and intuitive to use without being too sparse

It needs way more categories for business expenses. Travel, fuel, etc would be really good.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo pulls the information you need for expenses directly from your emails from receipts/invoices you receive. This is very helpful and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not noticed any - the app works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the strenuous task of recording expenses in a fast-growing business. It saves time and eliminates a daily job.
Amazing app - so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Pleo app in general and I love it that when I login from desktop I use a pin number rather than a password. It's really quick and easy.
Also transactons I've made on my card appear in the app instantly and uploading an invoice + adding the appropriate coding and description is super quick. The whole thing is exceptionally well executed.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. Everything has been super smooth. Even my physical card arrived really quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping me and my company manage expenses as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Minimal time taken and maximum enjoyment for an app and product of this kind.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, apart from the fact my company makes us enter all the data we enter into Pleo, into another spreadsheet.. unsure why.

Easy way to log receipts.
Used it for six months and it was pretty solid.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and the color scheme. I also like how simple the menu is; there isn't much confusion on where to go when using the pleo site and app. The app and website also work seamlessly together for ease of us, you are always able to understand where everything is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the double notifications you can receive when uploading receipts. It can often come off clunky since you are actively working on a particular invoice in real-time. Seeing the invoices needing more information twice, is kind of annoying for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While our business no longer uses Pleo, for the time that we did have it. It helped solved the issue of employees across different continents needing access to funds for business purposes and to show expensing.

Nothing to be honest. It's a really great tool so have nothing to complain about.

I can use my business card without having to keep track of receipts. After each purchase, i can easily upload the receipt for the finance team.
Great user interface and very smooth expense submitting process
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the forward to Pleo from email feature that matches expenses to receipts/invoices. The virtual card and integration with Apple Pay are also nice touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very frustrating when the forward to Pleo feature doesn't successfully match invoices/receipts to expenses. Additional work should be done on the machine learning algorithm used to match expenses to forwarded emails.

Pleo is solving the problem of expense tracking and receipt submissions.
