Easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and notifications of when to take photos of receipts and balance alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I did a return it took a long time to receive the money

No lost receipts, easy note attachment to explain the receipt

What do you like best about the product?
Fetch is a great feature within pleo that makes gets invoices sent via email automatically. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any points here, I am really just glad that it makes it so easy to manage employee expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees have autonomy. Invoices can be fetched automatically from email. Photos of receipts can be directly taken. We can be way more productive and do not have to spend hours on expenses.
Quick Simple and Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I can use a virtual card to make payments and apart from adding a receipt everything else is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I should be able to add a receipt immediately for mileage but that's so minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperwork, lost receipts, approvals, expense caps, categories for expenses, not using personal debit/credit cards for business purchases, and so much more.
Low-admin business expenses for high-trust culture
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it super easy to manage expenses. From an employee perspective, it's great not to be out of pocket, to get immediate access as a new starter, and to be able to use Pleo with Apple Pay. From an admin perspective, we can set up categories for Xero for easy reconciliation; the receipt reminders remove the hassle of chasing employees for receipts, and the spending limits are easy to control and adjust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real area I'd love to see Pleo improve is the ability to ship physical cards to multiple addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo helps us with hassle-free expenses management. It enables us to give employees autonomy in spending, and frees up time for our finance team.
Helps to save time and money! Great UX and flawless processes and expense handling
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is great, very good user experience from day one! The app as well as the website, offer a great user experience. We have complete control over all expenses, and it's been easy to get everyone in the company onboarded and ready to use Pleo. Our finance department doesn't need to chase people for receipts and invoices, approval flowas are now streamlined. Pleo has helped us to reduce our overhead significantly!
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare cases, vendors don't accept the debit cards if a pre-authorization is required. For example Apple - if you order an item that ships later, the authorization is being checked. However, at the time of delivery preparation and therefore invoicing and deduction of the amount the card is being rejected. Might be an Apple problem, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were facing a big expense claim mess up. Lengthy authorization processes are now streamlined with Pleo; everyone can spend within given limits, receipts and invoices are quickly being drawn from emails or added through simple matching. We have way less hassle with the entire expense claim process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ticket recognition from pics. Easy way to manage and pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes don't open camera application. Don´t recognize tickets and have to do manually.

Expenses reimbursement and don´t use your money. Faster way to pay.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reminder for not uploading invoices. The remindermakes it much easier not to forget anything.

Nothing so far. Everything helps me in my daily business.

Easy to use credit card
The Perfect Spend management tool for non-finance teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo fetch saves me so much time from manually uploading invoices by automatically fetching them from my inbox. Pleo Fetch is a game-changer for someone who deals with daily invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find is that cost centers aren't automatically assigned, so this is something I, or the finance team has to do manually. I'm not sure whether this is an easy implementation from a technical point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about lost invoices and Pleo saves me a lot of time to focus on my core responsibilities. No more back and forth communication with the finance team regarding invoices. Overall, the critical benefit of Pleo is that there's a smooth transition of invoices between finance and non-finance teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- If you're looking for an easy to use spend management tool, then I would highly recommend Pleo. Clear UX, clear outline of functions and an game-changer Pleo Fetch feature!
Its very easy to use, great app and good and fast support
What do you like best about the product?
The App is very easy to use and understandable. If you have any questions, customer support will always offer fast and good solutions. They are also open to feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do dislike is that the mobile app and the desktop app do not match all functions. Some tasks, especially as an admin, you can only do on the desktop app. Not on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make traveling, collecting the bills afterward, and reviewing expenses a lot easier for the employees and the accounting department. It saves you time and money

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to set up and us. All the information you need to upload a receipt is easy to understand and follow. I like the way you can block a card on the app if required, control your spending and also see where you have spent with all the suppliers you have used. Simply great for businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
app issues at times, but i think it may be my android device as others do not have problems within the app within the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
spend less time creating purchase requisitions, now I take a picture and upload it and make sure I put it in the correct category or GL code
