What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, convenience. huge time saving for the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets the mileage map wrong and you cant manually correct it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time taken to input expenses which allows me to spend more time on my clients.

Too many issues. Steering away

What do you like best about the product?
Cheap solution and MasterCard is stable
What do you dislike about the product?
There are serious problems:
Security issues for pleo make you guys just shut down card processing and leave customers to fend for themselves.
Pleo can't be used as business card in US. No hotel booking and no rental cars will work.
Reoccurring logins to app that makes you crazy.
IPhone app having issues to focus on receipt. So I have to leave the app to take photo via normal camera. And then import to pleo. That really sucks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, no so many. Will likely bail to other solution.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Pleo to allow our contractors who are based over a large geographical area to make purchases as they require. This removes the requirement for head office to get involved in each transaction. In addition, the instant clarity over the purchases through the Pleo desktop site, as well as a receipt ensure that all expenses are very quickly accounted for- no waiting 1 month for the credit card statement.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the card has to be pre-loaded with cash, it is not as flexible as a credit card system for managing cashflow on a day-to-day basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing staff to make purchases and upload receipts easily; all transactions imported into Xero and easily reconciled; saves time- no more chasing receipts, no more confusion over missing material costs.

What do you like best about the product?
We can automate to automatically fetch invoices from email.
What do you dislike about the product?
at few times instead of fetching the correct pdf it attacheswrong image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me save a lot of time and keeps me organised. I have over 100 of invoices to approve and pleo has helped me greatly to handle it smoothly.

It simplifies company expenses a lot - pay, scan, done.

Can't honestly think of anything within the core functions that need to be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload receipts. Home page is easy to navigate and all the action buttons are where you'd expect them to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to purchase discounted fuel as we used to with a fuel card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is talking to petrol companies to try and get a deal on par with a fuel card. Hopefully this happen as does make life a lot easier being able to fill up anywhere rather than at selected petrol stations only.

What do you like best about the product?
Good overview of purchases and it's very service minded built! I appreciate that the app cover most of the needs in purchases
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular but sometimes the receipts don't upload correctly from fetch because it copys the first side of the email-receipt that is just the headline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting all the receipts and purchases in one place and it makes it easier to get a good overview. I can easily give it to my accountant and they get all info

So much easier to handle expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it super easy to handle expenses just in time. Rather than gathering receipts and doing monthly reconciliation, you can do it on the fly by scanning and categorizing the expenses. Furthermore, as a manager, it is easy to approve the expenses of others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, except that convenience like this comes at a price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes me more productive in handling expenses. I only spend a couple of minutes a month processing my expenses.
