What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and speedy payments. The user interface is excellent.

Sometimes the app goes down and this can slow payments down.

Everything is online meaning no offline spreadsheets or reporting.

Easy to use, can upload receipts straight away and submit for approval. This negates the need to save receipts and have to keep copies

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use that Pleo offers. The auto receipt find feature is brilliant because it searches for invoices in linked emails, matches them automatically, and saves me a lot of time.

I use Pleo for approving expenses by uploading receipts for manager review. The Auto receipt find feature is brilliant, searching for invoices in linked email and matching them automatically, saving time.
Quick processing with a very good app
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that processing with Pleo is always very fast overall. I can complete my tasks very easily and spend very little time on them. Especially in the app, processing is even easier with the scan function combined with AI-based extraction. I can process my receipts very quickly. These functions mean that I hardly have to do any extra work. I just have to scan the receipt and everything is automatically extracted. I just need to check it briefly once and then I can send it off, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions I mentioned in the app, as far as I can tell, are not usable in the web app, i.e., in the browser on the laptop. Often, I have requirements that I prefer to handle in the web app, but some of the advantages that the app offers are missing. Additionally, I always have difficulties with the categorization of expenses, as there are relatively many categories. In Germany, with different VAT rates, it is often difficult to choose the right one, sometimes I feel uncertain and have to make an educated guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo, I can quickly manage expenses without additional communication effort, and see and handle all open processes at a glance. The app facilitates processing with the scan function and AI-supported reading, which saves me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for work, mainly for business travel and vendor subscriptions. It makes it easy to submit expenses and reminds me to upload receipts and assign expenses correctly. I appreciate the very easy access to a company card when traveling. The app is great and very easy to use, and the notifications help me ensure I never forget to complete an expense task. I can also see when the finance team has processed the expense, so I know everything is in order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think Pleo is great. Maybe some AI feature to fill out the details of the expense from the receipt.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using Pleo. I find the graphical interface to be excellent; it is minimalist, with excellent colors, and easy to use. It was very easy to set up Pleo initially.

I would like to know in advance the daily reimbursement of the various countries of the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Pleo is to use. It's really simple, user-friendly, and feels secure as well. I appreciate the two-factor authentication feature that it texts me, making me feel like my money is in control and safe. The initial setup was very easy, taking about five minutes, and it was already connected to my work email account. I also find it great for work expenses since it saves me from having awkward conversations about reimbursements. I get reimbursed quickly and efficiently, and it makes uploading receipts easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more ways to personalise Pleo. Sometimes when I go to submit an expense, there are sections that don't feel relevant, but maybe that's because my employer hasn't utilised all the features to tailor it to us. I feel like there are parts of the app that we don't use because we don't need to, and it can be a bit confusing having them there.

I use Pleo for work expenses, making reimbursements quick and efficient. It saves me from awkward conversations about purchases and simplifies submitting expenses. I appreciate that it's easy to keep track of things and upload receipts.

Effortless Receipt Auto-Attach and Fast Mobile Expense Entry
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the automated attachment of receipts and details to expenses, and being able to just click through a couple of options on your phone instead of having to type it out each and every time like some previous solutions we used.
It has simplified our daily approval process by an incredible amount compared to our previous system, and has been really easy to train our staff on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Finding some options in the dropdown can get a bit tedious on PC. On mobile the most used options are at the top, but not on PC. We've also run into an issue with cash withdrawals that we hadn't anticipated, which wasn't obvious from the limit options that were available to use in the card limit menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main issue we were looking to solve was staying on top of recording our receipts, as well as the approval flow. Previously this was a largely manually process for both steps, and Pleo has largely automated this process, with only the minimum work needing to be put in now.
