Tight MasterCard–Expense App Connection That Just Works

What do you like best about the product?
Tight connection between MasterCard and the expense documentation sw/app
What do you dislike about the product?
Extra fees on some payments, like airlines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of travelling teams and individuals. Chasing receipts was a nightmare.
Pleo now helps the individual to document/claim their expenses. It is intuitive and most people just understands it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, easy to see transactions and process them, when something happened like a personal expense I can handle that with the person in charge at where I work and it works out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not change the ATM withdrawal limit, and didn’t know there was a monthly limit until I reached it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to easily handle finances, it was not a great issue or a lot of work

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo for my company-paid expenses on work trips. I love how I don't need to fill out forms and save receipts manually anymore. I can pay directly using Pleo and submit the receipts at the same time. I really appreciate the simplicity of use and how it integrates with Apple Pay. It's completely painless to use, and I get reminders to submit the receipt after every purchase. Setting it up was trivial as my company did it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to ask my company to raise my monthly limit for a specific range of dates that I know I will be on work trips ahead of time so it all works when I arrive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo for company expenses during work trips. It eliminates the need for manual form filling and receipt saving, letting me pay and submit receipts simultaneously. It's simple to use like a credit card, integrates with Apple Pay, and reminds me to submit receipts after purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple Pleo is to use. It's just a snap away, allowing me to purchase something and have the receipt filed instantly. This is so convenient, especially when I'm traveling, because it lets me do my expenses on the go and then forget about them. I also found the initial setup incredibly easy, it was just an email and a number, and then I'm in, part of the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to have a bigger window that I could use to my private client and with my private account service like Brooks and Connect. I would like them to be able to work with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo keeps all my receipts and invoices in one place and moves expenses seamlessly. It's simple, allowing me to instantly file receipts while traveling, avoiding end-of-day or week hassles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to handle creating cards for specific suppliers with Pleo. The integrations with ERP, especially E-conomic, make my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think their help center is very good. I could use more in depth articles. More and better is really it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Pleo easy for online and offline payments. It simplifies creating cards for specific suppliers and integrates with ERP systems, making my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pleo to manage employee's daily expenses. It allows us to distribute company cards to every employee, so they can use the card to pay, which makes my life much easier and reduces lots of unnecessary processes. I really like the simplicity and how easy it is to use. The initial setup was really easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes Pleo's feature is not really consistent on mobile apps and web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo allows us to distribute company cards to every employee, making it easier to manage daily expenses and reducing unnecessary processes.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Pleo's UI design and ease of use. It kind of reminds me of Revolut, and Monzo with its simplicity. My favorite part is how simple the design looks and how straightforward it is to use. I love that when you go into Pleo, the first page is the expenses page, which is really useful with the dates, and it shows all the expenses on a historical timeline. That's like the best part for me. Additionally, I appreciate the speed at which I can get the information I need without having to click through multiple pages. The click-to-value ratio is really good, and I think it's important to keep it that way without overcomplicating it with analytics that aren't necessary for me as an end-user. Also, the initial setup was super easy, which is an amazing part of it. Pleo functions like a NeoBank by reducing barriers compared to incumbents, and I think they're doing a good job on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to look at expenses per merchant. It would be good if on the expense page, I could click on a merchant, like 'Just Eat', and see how much I've spent there. That's super useful for me because I wanna know if I've been using too much on a particular merchant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to track all my reimbursements and expenses easily, linking to my corporate card to manage my spending and ensure correct reimbursements.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Pleo easy to use, especially since I can use a company card on my phone rather than having to use my own card and make an expense claim. It also offers some options in terms of expense management, which I find helpful. The initial setup of Pleo for my team and me was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that splitting charges could be improved. I'd like to have the option to separate what expenses go back to the company and what I personally pay for, like when leaving a tip that's not covered by the company policy.
