Pleo really helps us in our day to day
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity! It is really easy to use and keep track of stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. Perhaps the authentication process when making a purchase is a but long sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That you don't need to pile up a big bag of physical receipts.
A great all-round tool to empower employees
What do you like best about the product?
The 3D Secure solution is solid and very clever. The ability to instantly have a virtual card is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is a bit clumsy, and the 3D Secure prompt sometimes takes a while to arrive via notifications. (OnePlus 6)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying for services and products is now easier than ever. It's effortless to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track and assign budgets to specific departments. I like the function that you have to approve an online transaction via Pleo. This has been useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed, sometimes it takes a couple of days before Pleo picks up on pending payments. This has from time to time made my account over spend making an issue when budgeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I have resolved using Pleo is the ability to track and recording of individual expenditures. I have also been able to track how much each particular expense.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Pleo card stops working once it's been near a mobile phone. We would appreciate it if this issue could be fixed.
I would also suggest that the pin can be changed via the online app.
I would also like to see options to micro-budget for each card user so they can manage their own minor budgets.
When purchasing things on Amazon, the online receipt doesn't always pull through to the app, so I have to take photos of my online email receipts.

Very easy to use and organise expenses in relation to different areas of work.

How easy it is to add receipts and the email finder feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the email receipt finder puts in the wrong receipt or wrong part of the email then, I miss putting a receipt in as it has processed it.

Uploading invoices are, in general time consuming, and the automated email trawler is not always doing what i expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing significant expenses on daily levels with automated uploads and manual. Having both a virtual and physical card helps me navigate between online purchases and physical in-store purchases.

Easiest way to expense
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is a super simple expense platform. Being able to upload PDFs, photos or take a photo of a receipt is a game changer

I have yet to find anything I dislike as I have been using it for one month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to instantly empower staff using a company expense card and it automatically categorising the purchase based on the company has helped so much!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Virtual card helps a bunch, especially for one-off purchases. Would definitely ensure your phone software is up to date and that you log in online to view expenses too

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, timely prompts immediately on purchase and follow up reminders if there are receipts not submitted. I like the speed at which reconciliation occurs. Found the Pleo much better than competitors in the market. I like having a virtual and plastic card. The ability to manage the card on account is very easy. If there are ever any probelms, there is always a quick and easy solution and someone always available to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pulling of the receipts directly from my email does not always work, which can be frustrating. It would be be great if this could be worked on to reduce the need to snap receipts at all :).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to monitor finances in a contemporary way. The platform takes out a lot of time required by a member of the finance team to chase expenses and missing receipts. The ease of use of the mobile app encourages employees to submit expenses immediately following purchase, reducing the number of lost or missing receipts. The pulling of receipts from email is great and it is great that you receive a notification via the app when this has happened, meaning I do not need to worry about uploading receipts at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend adopting the platform. It is quick and easy to use and can be used on the go to ensure expenses remain contemporaneous. The pulling of receipts directly from your email makes expense management even easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo has a very easy-to-use interface. The direct link in to our business system, Fortnox, also makes our accountants very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a quick function in the application, that can correct the mistake if you use your Pleo virtual credit card, instead of your private credit card, which happens sometimes, when paying with your mobile phone, for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Often this mistake is detected immediately, and if a private card would be also registered in Pleo application, a direct correction could be done by the employee, instead of the need to contact the accountant department. Easy and time-saving (and less embarrassing :))
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our bank (Marginalen Bank) does not offer a VISA or MASTERCARD as today for its business customers, so the PLEO solution is a must for us. The benefits are easy controlling and accounting of our employees outlays, which saves expensive debitable time for our outsourced accountant firm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As always when an organisation is planning to integrate a new financial tool or instrument into the cash flow management system, the cost of the service should always be set against the gain of time and resources.
