- Quite a lot of bugs like twisting recipes losing them, can't categorize in the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Old system was excel + email...
What do you dislike about the product?
4 digit login seems unsecured? 2fa helps, but website login with pin seems not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company card management - virtual cards are easy to get and replace. Expenses are a snap.

Nothing, in particular. Maybe a better quality of the physical card would be amazing but it's already a good asset.

Fun experience using Pleo

What do you like best about the product?
As Pleo provides a prepaid card I do not need to get into the world of reimbursement.
I still remember the time when I had to keep the receipt safe and upload it to a portal with lots of information for reimbursement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now from the user point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. No need to go the route of reimbursement.
2. Instant upload of the receipt.
3. Autonomously picks the expenses for certain vendors like London TFL.
4. With a handy and very easy to use the app I can see all my expenses in one go.
5. Added security feature to authorize certain payments.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, all functions are simple to navigate. Easily accessible through the app. All tools are used and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Refunds show as missing receipts rather than refunds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to track spending and pin is easy to retrieve if forgotten.

When I did a return it took a long time to receive the money

What do you like best about the product?
Fetch is a great feature within pleo that makes gets invoices sent via email automatically. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any points here, I am really just glad that it makes it so easy to manage employee expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees have autonomy. Invoices can be fetched automatically from email. Photos of receipts can be directly taken. We can be way more productive and do not have to spend hours on expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
My team and I can use a virtual card to make payments and apart from adding a receipt everything else is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, I should be able to add a receipt immediately for mileage but that's so minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperwork, lost receipts, approvals, expense caps, categories for expenses, not using personal debit/credit cards for business purchases, and so much more.
