Easy to use for the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it easy for all employees to buy what they need with a digital card but also handle the receipts fast and easy. Employees don't need to borrow the boss's card anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small thing is that I can't remove expenses without uploading a receipt, but sometimes the transactions are already handled in another way and then the notification about missing receipts is a little misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's faster and easier for employees to buy the products we need to run our business. We don't have a whole bunch of paper receipts anymore as the are quickly scanned digitally.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is super easy to use; it's intuitive and has valuable features such as the reminder to upload a receipt if something was charged on the card. The card itself looks sleek and can be easily added to Apple Pay which makes the whole experience even better.

Honestly can't think of a thing, i really enjoy using Pleo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pleo, as a business, we don't have to get a credit card, and as an employee, I don't have to use my personal banking to pay for business related expenses. The app makes it easy to add proof of purchase which speeds up creating VAT returns and generating expense reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and really intuitive for employees. I can manage my expenses and upload receipts in a super easy way, and the app can fetch them from email as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, maybe the notification that still appears when you don't attach a receipt (sometimes you miss them)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to ask for reimbursement anymore, as I have funds for work expenses at my hand anytime I need.

Go get your team a Pleo account, instead of wasting time on reimbursements.

Pleo is among the best spending trackers available because it enables managers to get a summary and real-time visibility into all expenses generated within the company. Among other features, Pleo is highly affordable, the implementations are incredibly efficient, and it seamlessly integrates with several other enrollments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty poor repayment management, the appropriate procurement is sluggish, and the user experience might not be very clever. The most recommendable feature is that the support team is not that productive for those who upgrade and release a framework with a more user-friendly interface; they also need to continue improving this when it is one of the most significant characteristics when purchasing software.

We needed a payment tracker like Pleo that would integrate well with accounting software as it helps us to streamline the expense chain of events; also the business credit card mode allows us business owners and employees to make expense reports in a faster and easier way, the expense tracking feature has also allowed us to have a better view about our expenses
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I advise Pleo since it is a highly efficient tool for tracking all of the company's expenses; in addition to being a high-quality product, it is priced to fit the budgets of small businesses; it also has numerous implementations with another payroll system, allowing you to have a much document picture of financial management systems.

Pleo has made it easy to claim expenses from the company. Pleo card is so flexible easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Commodity: fast with only one picture, not more than 4 seconds per payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike point for now, after a few months of using it.

All payments from the sales team collected in one place with just pictures.

What do you like best about the product?
Be able to allocate virtual cards and purchase limits to employees in other countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much. I had the export fail ones during these last couple of years, and the support team fixed it within a couple of hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One key challenge that Pleo helps us with, is allocating debit cards to employees in other countries. Before, we had to deal with our local bank branch and give made-up social security numbers for these employees since they're not in the system in our country, it was a hassle to keep track of each bank account and balances etc.
Not having to chase receipts, putting any numbers in manually etc. has really helped us decrease the amount of time spent on monthly closure.

What do you like best about the product?
We no longer have any cash on site. Pleo has completely transformed out outdated petty cash system

Nothing, everything works as expected for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have any cash on site. Petty cash transactions are now automatically imported and reconciled in our accounting system which is XERO
