What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy use, intuitive. Integration to Erp is working just fine.

Maybe a bit too many emails send from Pleo

What do you like best about the product?
Every time I have a problem, it is always resolved quickly. The team at Pleo are super-efficient and friendly.
Their chat system is great and is so much easier than having to call up and be put on hold. I have a busy schedule and it's great to know that I can get on with my day knowing that my query will be handled without having to waste time waiting for a response.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've not had any issues so I'd have to say there's nothing I dislike about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so much problems, but if I've ever needed help navigating the app I've always had a quick response time and reassurance from the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! I like the visibility of my transactions within my app and can easily manage my receipts and record transaction details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major but I like to keep things neat and tody and for some historic transactions where I don't have the receipt, I'd love to be able to 'write them off' so-to-speak (so that am not reminded of my failure ongoing ;)).

Managing my budget with more clarity and confidence.
Pleo is a great and stress-free way to easily manage business expenses.

The notifications reminding me I need to upload receipts and the ability to categorize spend for different departments.

It is sometimes slightly slow to upload a receipt.

Not having to receipt bank everything and wait weeks to be reimbursed.

I would reccomend all companies to be using the pleo card it is so reliable and easy

It so simple and it reduces the issues around receipts for most situations. I really find it practical and everyone has one, to avoid reciept management

Could have more direct integrations, but this is a minor issue

increased precision in reciepts and saved time per staff and especially accounting.

I love how easy Pleo is to use. The browser version and the app both have a very clear layout that makes navigating the sea of receipts and expenses a doddle. Categories and filters make it easy to find specific expenses. The customer service is great - whenever I had to contact someone using the chat, I got a swift and clear reply from a friendly person on the other side.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike - it's all great!

Pleo makes managing the office budget fun and easy; our Finance team can see the invoices I uploaded, and there's no sending them back and forth via email. No more spreadsheets, either!

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is one of the best expense trackers that can be found because it allows through multiple tools to have an overview and in real time all expenses that can be generated in the company something that is very helpful for managers, among other features it has really affordable prices, the applications are really efficient and integrates seamlessly with other accounting programs
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty poor reimbursement management, the approval workflow is extremely slow, the user interface is not very smart the most recommendable is that they update and bring out a platform with a better interface; the customer support is not very efficient they still need to improve this as it is of the most important features when you buy a software

We needed a payment tracker like Pleo that would integrate well with accounting software as it helps us to streamline the expense chain of events, also the business credit card mode allows us business owners and employees to make expense reports in a faster and easier way, the expense tracking feature has also allowed us to have a better view about our expenses
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Pleo because it is a really efficient tool to track all the expenses that occur in the company, besides being a software with tremendous quality it has a price that fits perfectly to the portfolio of small businesses, it also has many integrations with other accounting software that will allow you to have a much broader portfolio of finance management tools
