It is hard to tell now. It's been around 3 months I'm using Pleo, and so far I really like it

The simplicity it provides for both colleagues and accounting.

I cannot think of anything I dislike. Genuinely a good service

Colleagues never have to use their own money and wait until the end of the month to be reimbursed, and accounting doesn't have to get their data from many different places

Having invoices in a centralized place
Easy to use and keep on top of expenses

Notifications to remember to upload reciepts, that you can snap a photo real time and not have to worry about time consuming expense forms at the end of the month, virtual card so always have it with you, can see limit before making purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have no recommendations for improvement at this time.

No loborious expense submission, it's on my phone so no having to find out the company credit card details when making a purchase. It makes purchasing and recording everything with finance easy and straightforward.
Slick Web site and app amazing features.
What do you like best about the product?
The smartphone app is so wonderfully simple to use. Notifications are direct and simple to understand and they have a great balance of info without getting overly spammy.
The interface is informative but simple see at a glance where receipts are still needes.
The virtual card is a great touch for online spending.
The whole experience of having a work credit card is so much less stressful the auto categories are pretty accurate too.

You have to get quite pathetic to pick bad points. So I will...
I want an embossed card. There, i said it.
It makes no difference to the contactless or finding the card in my wallet or using it,i just think they feel a bit.... Tesco clubcard without the raised numbers.

Biggest benefit is the quick immediate submission of expenses. Means come month end there is little missing for our accounts guys

Absolutely worth looking at pleo my and my team as well as other departments company wide have seen great benefits to using it over the last 18 months. We couldn't cope without it now!
Pleo is smooth and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Both desktop and mobile version is super easy to use and intuitive! I use it daily to easily digitalise/upload receipts and to have a card ready to pay for my transactions at all times. Their mobile app is also easy to use and nice to have a hand.

I haven't got much to say to way down my rating.

Make's it easy for me to purchase w my online company card and log expenses. I always have the card both on desktop and mobile app near me so I can buy without having to approve w my ceo first. I have a fixed monthly budget. This is not only easier for me but also him.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use. The app is intuitive and it takes seconds to add receipts. I love the fact that there is a virtual card for online purchases and subscriptions. You don't have to block a card you can't loose.

Nothing to dislike about this product. It works as it should.

Very simple and very secure a worry free system

I like that the Pleo app gives a a notification almost immediately as any purchase happens.

I am yet to find any negative issue with this system
