Outstanding 24x7 Support and Impeccable Security
What do you like best about the product?
The 24x7 support is reliable, and the security measures are impeccable. I also appreciate the benefits of Global Edge Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
You guys don't provide server level WP Cron that I can access and add more cron jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hosting a wordpress based woocommerce website.
Automatic Backups and 24x7 Support Make This a Standout Choice
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few aspects I appreciate: the automatic backups provide peace of mind, and having access to a 24x7 support system is very reassuring. Additionally, the Git deployment feature is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two main issues I have encountered. First, I am unable to run cron jobs directly on the server, which limits my ability to automate tasks as needed. Second, I cannot easily view server resources and utilization at a glance, making it difficult to monitor performance efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't feel the need to stress or worry about any server-related changes, as the support team manages everything quite well. Their handling of these matters gives me peace of mind.
Exceptional Support That Feels Like Part of My Team
What do you like best about the product?
I’m using WP Engine to run the hosting portion of my new business. My rep and anyone I’ve ever talked with on chat has always been nothing but informative and helpful. They truly feel like an extension of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The going live/adding a new domain process feels a little clunky. I’m never sure if the standard practice of running a search and replace is running or not. I often have to chat in to resolve dns issues going live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to “white label” is huge for me. Clients stay out of hosting accounts and depend on me to keep things running. And I can always count on support to troubleshoot and help me keep things running smooth as a I scale my business.
Exceptional Support and Effortless Site Migration
What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional support staff. The responses given were personal and detailed to the situation at hand. Migrating my site was a super simple task. There were only a few, slight bugs in the process, but they were easily squashed by the amazing support team. I do greatly appreciate that they are well trained to Europe and U.S. standards, making communication also a breeze.
Also, any changes I needed made that I did not have access to were done promptly by their team. I mainly needed WPEngine due to its ease of setup in a multisite environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much here to be honest. I think the plugins are not needed as their are cheaper alternatives available, but otherwise very great experience, and our old site that we migrated received ~2 second increase for FPL and massively increased our LPL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we had was mutli-site capabilities in the WP ecosystem. As all of our dealers use WP, it was a simple decision to move to this platform. As we have a Software Engineer on-staff at Cigarette Racing, we plan to rebuild, and in some cases, build, their sites utilizing sub-domains, so brand image, UI/UX are familiar, yet distinct across the dealership network.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is amazing! The truly go above and beyond any support team I have had to deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many pricing add-ons and the inability to have a blueprint site to use for all new installs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We using them as our agency hosting provider. They have really stepped up big with the Page Speed Boost plugin. It works magic on improving site performance in a few clicks!
Effortless Multi-Website Control
What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to quickly go to all my websites for my clients.

There are lots of confusing terms to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving things like why websites go down, how to add plug-ins properly, and assisting with design. This helps me complete projects for my client much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate WP Engine's support team for their quick responses and kindness. They excel in providing explanations that are easy to understand, which is particularly valuable when dealing with technical issues on our site. This ability to communicate clearly and efficiently makes it much easier for us to handle our web-related challenges. Their responsiveness and demeanor go a long way in making technical support experiences less daunting.

I wish the support team or AI could perform more direct cleanup tasks on our site.

Advanced Customs Fields is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the product is only limited by the user's creativity. The included features cover nearly every need I had. Customer support was extremely fast to find a solution for my needs and was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for someone with less experience but the content is organized in a way that is easy to remember once the user's skills develop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advanced Custom Fields is almost required to have a stylish and functional Wordpress site. ACF helps me save time in designing my websites and ensures a uniform look across them.
Fast, Attentive Support with Simple Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I found the customer service at WP Engine to be exceptional. Their team was attentive and fast to respond, which helped us quickly identify and solve an issue with a plugin. They demonstrated great problem-solving skills by helping us determine that the problem was with another plugin and not the custom fields plugin we were using, which saved us a lot of time and frustration. Additionally, I appreciated the simplicity involved in the initial setup of WP Engine, which made transitioning to their service straightforward. The wonderful customer service, along with the simple setup process, left a positive impression on me, and because of these experiences, I would highly recommend WP Engine, giving it a 9 out of 10.

They could not at the time we moved hosting handle a multi-site.

WP Engine offered attentive and fast customer service, helping us quickly resolve plugin-related issues, ensuring smooth website functionality.
