What do you like best about the product?
I find WP Engine fantastic as a host for a number of my clients' websites. Their security gives me peace of mind, knowing that my clients' sites are secure and issues can be addressed immediately thanks to their numerous tools. I appreciate their fantastic support team because they're always willing to help with any technical issues like plugins or code. The global edge security, as well as their partnership with Nitro Pack, has improved my clients' page speed scores, which benefits our marketing efforts. Hands down, the support and communication are great. At any time, I can reach a real person and get things done. They also have an extraordinarily helpful AI tool that troubleshoots issues quickly. Additionally, their seamless WordPress login system and the ability to switch between different clients' systems within their dashboard as an agency partner are incredibly helpful. WP Engine’s migration system is like a wizard, making file transfers from other hosts like GoDaddy easy, although BigCommerce needed additional steps. Moreover, the service is consistent, which is why I recommend WP Engine to every single client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can come off as a little pricey, but like I said, the value really justifies the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WP Engine for hosting multiple client websites. It provides excellent security, support for server management, and ensures uptime. Their AI tool and support team resolve issues quickly, saving us from hiring more staff, letting us focus on our goals.

Their customer support is the best I've ever had. I actually look forward to asking them because I know my problem will be solved in less than a minute

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that we can feel secure about our website safety and that they are always updated to the current version. It allows us to easily have less technical maintenance and keeps our website speed good. The setup was pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be nice if we could edit our sites within WP Engine

WP Engine keeps our websites up to date, secure, and backed up. I appreciate the reduced technical maintenance and good website speed it provides.

I like WP Engine for their excellent US-based support team, which I find very helpful. I've used many hosts over the years, and WP Engine is the most reliable. Setting up a website with them is very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I find WP Engine really helpful for managing our large, WordPress multisite environments. It provides the server processing and hosting power needed to handle the complexity of 100s of sub-sites effectively. The interface is really easy, making tasks like adding domains and setting DNS straightforward, and the SSL automation is also a plus. Their support has always been fantastic, consistently helping me track down issues like slowness by looking through server logs and helping with usage spikes. They guide me step by step on fixing issues, which simplifies the process for me. Overall, WP Engine meets our needs well, and everything has worked the way we needed it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our account is kinda complex. We have several Wordpress multisite environments over a few different servers. And moving the installs to different servers can kinda get confusing and difficult for me to communicate what I need to support. So having clear notes on back end or something like that to make sure that whatever support agent I get can quickly and easily see our complex setup would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WP Engine to manage complex WordPress multisite environments, making administration easier with powerful hosting and a user-friendly interface. It simplifies server processes, handles SSL automation, and provides fantastic support that helps track and resolve issues.

Top-Notch Support and an Easy-to-Navigate Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Theirs support is top notch! Everytime I had an issue it was always resolved with care and efficiency. The UI and UX is easy to navigate and I do love all the the setting and option they give you to manage your sites. As well as there dashboards which give you quick insights to performance, plugins, updates, and site health.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel it can be quite pricey as in terms of what is offered and I wish they would have more tiers or al e carte options to select what I truly need at a reasonable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a technical issue and reached out to their tech support team. I really like how quickly I’m able to get in touch with someone who understands what I’m dealing with and can resolve it relatively fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate WP Engine's customer service, which is way better than GoDaddy. I like the response time, the uptime, and the fact that WP Engine helps our advertising agency provide a website that's constantly running, which is very valuable to our clients. I also find the setup to be very hands-on, with a lot of help provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not trying to research and debug all the issues just by myself. I have a US based support system who can look deeper into the server than I am able and offer help and support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being one server, a bad bot will take down all sites.

Keep everything going with fast support and reasonable prices.

What do you like best about the product?
WP Engine’s support team is excellent. Even with a tricky WAF false positive, the agent stayed engaged, investigated multiple angles, and helped me find a workaround so I could get unblocked quickly. Support felt knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the security layer can be a little too aggressive and flag false positives, which can slow down straightforward tasks like replacing files. Still, when this does happen, support is responsive and helpful, so it feels more like minor friction than a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine solves the challenges of securely hosting and managing WordPress sites without putting the burden on our internal team. Even when issues like false-positive security blocks come up, the platform and support team help us resolve them quickly, keeping our sites functional and our workflows moving.

The CPU or Disk load can not be visible from Dashboard , always need to be connected with support team for this
