Effortless Setup, Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find WP Engine very easy to use, which helps me create sites quickly. Their support staff is very knowledgeable and can assist with any WordPress issues I encounter. I also like the different tools available, as they give me a real sense of control over my site and what I want to set on it. The initial setup was very easy, and this ease of use is something I really appreciate.

There isn't anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine is easy to use; I can create sites fast and have great support. The staff is knowledgeable and helps with WordPress issues. The initial setup was easy and their tools give me control over my site.
Fast Support with Minimal Hiccups

I really like the fast support from WP Engine.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine provides fast support for my ACF WordPress plugin issues, especially when ACF fields don't match DB values. Everything works well.
Consistently 5-Star Chat Support
What do you like best about the product?
WPEngine is consistently helpful through their chat support. Today, I received help with two sites in one conversation. I rate them 5-Stars... every time!

Hands down the best customer service, especially when their system occasionally has flaws.... they are always ready to get to the root of the problem and get it fixed. But even when I have issues that are really on my end... in the Wordpress site, they try to bend over backwards to help me fix my problem.

Love Love Love the dashboard and how it works. It didn't take me long to learn how to use it 5 years ago, when I joined our company, and I have been able to update my knowledge over the years as the system changes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like... Is the semi-yearly call to ask me to upgrade my servers to a more expensive plan. but they are not insistent, they try to be helpful. And their explanation of "use of resources" was so vague in these calls, I had to do my own research to find out what they really meant. No one in their sales team could really explain it.

404 errors. Redirect errors. Plugin failures. Go live issues.
They are consistently able to help me pinpoint problems in my site, and often times they are able to fix it for me.

Simple, Easy-to-Use Platform with Quick Support

Super Simple, Streamlined Hosting with Fast, Helpful Chat Support
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple and streamlined hosting solution. It's quick and easy to get website hosting set up and if you run into any issues, getting in touch with support through chat is super fast and they are always very helpful. We also haven't had any issues with downtime from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is perhaps not the most robust hosting platform - if you are running complex sites, you might need a hosting solution with more features or power in their hosting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WP Engine has taken a lot of the mundane tasks associated with hosting off my plate. Automatic updates to WordPress, built-in SSL, and great security features utilizing Cloudflare are the highlights for me.
Excellent Uptime and Support from WPEngine
What do you like best about the product?
Our sites are hosted with generally no issues with uptime whatsoever. WPEngine has consistently provided excellent support and hosting services and has thoroughly assisted us with several issues that we have had.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only honest complaint is the support chat no longer makes a sound when you are not actively tabbed into the window anymore, making it easy to miss updates from the support chat if you are, say, working on another task while talking to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WPEngine has solved the problem of us having to manage hundreds of websites across several servers. The systems make it incredibly easy to manage, review, and update over 600 sites of ours.
Outstanding 24x7 Support and Impeccable Security
What do you like best about the product?
The 24x7 support is reliable, and the security measures are impeccable. I also appreciate the benefits of Global Edge Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
You guys don't provide server level WP Cron that I can access and add more cron jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are hosting a wordpress based woocommerce website.
Automatic Backups and 24x7 Support Make This a Standout Choice
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few aspects I appreciate: the automatic backups provide peace of mind, and having access to a 24x7 support system is very reassuring. Additionally, the Git deployment feature is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two main issues I have encountered. First, I am unable to run cron jobs directly on the server, which limits my ability to automate tasks as needed. Second, I cannot easily view server resources and utilization at a glance, making it difficult to monitor performance efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't feel the need to stress or worry about any server-related changes, as the support team manages everything quite well. Their handling of these matters gives me peace of mind.
Exceptional Support That Feels Like Part of My Team
What do you like best about the product?
I’m using WP Engine to run the hosting portion of my new business. My rep and anyone I’ve ever talked with on chat has always been nothing but informative and helpful. They truly feel like an extension of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The going live/adding a new domain process feels a little clunky. I’m never sure if the standard practice of running a search and replace is running or not. I often have to chat in to resolve dns issues going live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to “white label” is huge for me. Clients stay out of hosting accounts and depend on me to keep things running. And I can always count on support to troubleshoot and help me keep things running smooth as a I scale my business.
Exceptional Support and Effortless Site Migration
What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional support staff. The responses given were personal and detailed to the situation at hand. Migrating my site was a super simple task. There were only a few, slight bugs in the process, but they were easily squashed by the amazing support team. I do greatly appreciate that they are well trained to Europe and U.S. standards, making communication also a breeze.
Also, any changes I needed made that I did not have access to were done promptly by their team. I mainly needed WPEngine due to its ease of setup in a multisite environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much here to be honest. I think the plugins are not needed as their are cheaper alternatives available, but otherwise very great experience, and our old site that we migrated received ~2 second increase for FPL and massively increased our LPL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we had was mutli-site capabilities in the WP ecosystem. As all of our dealers use WP, it was a simple decision to move to this platform. As we have a Software Engineer on-staff at Cigarette Racing, we plan to rebuild, and in some cases, build, their sites utilizing sub-domains, so brand image, UI/UX are familiar, yet distinct across the dealership network.
