"A well-rounded social media management tool"

What do you like best about the product?
Since I've been using eclincher it for two years, I've been really delighted with how user-friendly it is, how frequently new features are added, and how well my account manager and the support staff can assist me. The features that I use the most are Publishing, Smart Inbox, and Reports. I have always found them to be reliable and continuously becoming better with new releases. Sprout Social Time is also notably excellent at incorporating user feedback into its updates and enhancements. I use Sprout religiously and spend at least two hours there each day, so I can't really complain about the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, I use this primarily on my laptop even though I don't get along with the mobile app and think it's less user-friendly than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout tags and campaigns allow us to report on specific content themes, events, or products. We can also keep track of any mentions of our brand on social media and respond to them all from one location. Finally, teams can provide customer service by using the Smart Inbox. All brand accounts are conveniently located in one location, and publishing to one or more of them at once is made simple.
