A lot of great perks, but with a lot of bugs
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher has a lot going for it. It has a lot of features that makes social media management easy to maintain and do. Once you get the hang of the processes and the bland look of the application, it's not that bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is eClincher's biggest downfall. It is buggy beyond comprehension. We managed around 40 social media accounts and there's always something that needs to be fixed with eClincher. I heard it's super useful for smaller scale clients but once you pass the 30 or so mark, it begins to malfunction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are considering other services but they cannot beat eClincher's price. Despite the bugginess, eClincher can have a good value when it's working. It just has bad aesthetics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're ready to deal with clunkiness and bugs. However, the staff at eClincher are really good at helping you out.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderful tool to help manage multiple accounts. I particular like that I can respond to comments and messages without leaving the platform as well we all the analytics it comes with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a visual preview feed that looked like an Instagram profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve solved not needing to hire an assistant to help me with social media management.
Easiest Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a relatively new social media marketer, eClincher has allowed me to schedule and post from multiple accounts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features for the $49.99/month subscription package, especially since it's quite a cost for a small agency. Maybe recommendations with the analytics would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement, communication, and usage of analytics are problem solved by using eClincher. With the tool, I am able to visualize my posts with graphics and content, and can gauge content based on what analytics reveal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure tokens are in place especially for IG business. I've had issues with that.

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher is a great platform all around, it has al lot of features, like reports which are easy to use. What I like most is that the team at eClincher are prompt to reply whenever we need a quick solution, they always go the extra mile and help our company get better result. I would gladly recommend this platform.

Nothing so far, whenever we have a technical issue it is minor and gets resolved quickly.

You get a lot for the price of this social media system. Single inbox, publishing and analytics all top features.

Somewhat slow connections and load times.

Being able to use one software to manage multiple platforms in monitoring, publishing, and analyzing social media.
eClincher is an Essential tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
eClincher has maximized our efficiencies in our office. With the ability to manage all social media profiles in one dashboard, we save so much time. Features like access to free stock art and hashtag searches, scheduling and reporting are key elements. eClincher gets better and better with every update they make which keeps them relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main complaint that I have is that the AP for mobile is very difficult to use. I wish it were smoother and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save an incredible amount of time. As an agency, we manage upwards of 65 different profiles. Having the ability to manage, schedule, monitor, and pull reporting in one place is a huge efficiency for us.
The BEST tool I have used in years
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is far better than any other tool I use. However, before that, it was the amount of options, number of social media platforms, and the price that captured my attention. I feel I am receiving a lot of value here. Believe me - not to name names - you will notice the difference over HS, SS, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. I genuinely like every feature and it functions very well. The customer support is the best in the social media tool game by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, eClincher helps me save an incredible amount of time managing all of our accounts. They offer embedded tools such as Canva, stock photos, image editing, and hashtag generators that speed things up too.
Effective tool with good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of functions. Good customer service response team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions need to be improved like for eg, post scheduling on linkedin and pinterest only limited to 20 posts per day. A staff also cannot understand answer my questions due to poor command of english.

Posts management . Time saving.
eClincher Makes SMM Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage multiple SM accounts, I can schedule posts days and weeks in advance, and I thoroughly enjoy the customized reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system is unresponsive and times out, thus losing my posts. I do also wish there was a way to sort through posts based on keywords. Sometimes I will repost older posts for a career placement agency and it takes a long time to find older posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients can utilize my services alone, and feel confident that all of their social media posts are being scheduled in advance and on sent out on time. The top benefit for me as a Social Media Manager is that I can provide quick, customized reports on demand for my clients. This saves me a ton of time, and my reports look like I spent hours putting them together.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple-action interface to schedule posts with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does sometimes take a few seconds to load the dashboard. Therefore, it requires some patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to other social media management tools, eClincher allows my business to create a library of repeating posts for campaigns that allow for maximum engagement: allowing hashtags, links, and images/videos to be queued at once. Other tools often limit hashtags or links in the same post.
