Great app!
What do you like best about the product?
I use eClincher for everything; it offers everything I need in just one place. They have a very responsive team and they stay up to date with all the latest API changes in major platforms. These guys really know what they’re doing! Best app to manage social media so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I heard they working on some really cool stuff, I can’t wait for the auto-dm feature to come out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes every very simple. Everything I used to do, with eClincher I do it faster and better.

Is an excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great app to post, engage and measure the impact of your social media strategy in a single location. What I like the best is the inbox feature; you can see all your direct messages, comments, shares and mentions across your entire social media platform and you can filter it so you only see what you’re interested in. Other features that are very helpful and unique are the analytics feature and auto-post that I use to recycle my most popular content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to say here, I really like how eClincher works, it’s very simple and intuitive, but I do have to say that I find the interface to be less interesting compare to the others apps. Other than that, I’m very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend so much time doing my job, I could take most of the day trying to keep up with my social media. With eClincher I have become much more productive and efficient at work, which has allowed me to take on new projects and focus on other task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting the free trial first, once you get familiar with the tool, its features and how it can adapt to your needs, get the best plan for you, you have many options depending on what you’re looking for.
The best app for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Well thought out. They really thought about every feature you could possibly need. Not at all expensive taking in consideration what you gain. I saw positive results not long after started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t think of any. Like I said, it was developed taking in consideration every possible need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating, scheduling and posting content it’s much easier. It has helped me with my brand awareness and engagement across social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it makes it easy for me to engage with my audience thanks to the inbox feature. Its simplicity is something I really like, the interface is simple but very easy to use. It has everything you need in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t wait to use with Snapchat! Besides that, there’s nothing to dislike about it.

eClincher helps me automate all of my social media, content discovery, and influencer search, all of that I do within eClincher.

I can’t believe I didn’t hear about this app before. It’s a wonderful tool if you work with social media. My favorite part is the social inbox feature, having everything in one place is very convenient and saves me a lot of time! Best app in the market!

I can’t say I love the interface, it’s really easy to use but I think it can be more attractive. Other than that, this app is really is the best so far.

Time management is not an issue anymore, I can do the post of the whole week in just in a few hours

What do you like best about the product?
They are simply the best! Changing to eclincher has been a positive change to our company. I can automatically recycle posts and continuously publish them forever, and the best part is they don't limit the amount of posts that I can publish, I couldn’t do that with other apps!

eClincher is all I talk about these days, my friends are jealous with how much I talk about it, maybe I need new friends!

What do you like best about the product?
Allows for the management of multiple social media accounts from a central hub. It also allows to perform multiple tasks through automated clicks. It is excellent social media management tool. They also provide a unified social inbox, allowing management of multiple accounts easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eclincher has work on the user interface to make it more user friendly and making the tool more collaborative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the problem of making presence and brand of our company on social platforms. It has allowed us to work on efficient and effective strategies and to focus our efforts on others.
A solid Hootsuite alternative but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
* Auto queue - it's still my top features that eClincher has to offer. I used to set up the calendar to pull from different queues automatically. Now I use the queues to organize our content and move it to a central queue that is scheduled to pull. It's saved me easily 10 hours a week of work.
* Responsive support team - it's underrated how important the support team really is. I've run into a few bugs, and their team took immediate steps to correct it.
* The influencer tab is something I always forget about but love to use - you can find influencers and their top hashtags on certain keywords. You can also find articles that were shared by those influencers.

As much as I enjoy using eClincher, it's not a perfect product.
* The price is pretty steep for a small business and double that of Hootsuite.
* The analytics options really are very limited. Quite honestly, it's not much to go on. There are maybe one or two metrics that are good to know, but the rest is worthless.
* The keyword research really kind of sucks. It's why I originally started using it - I needed the monitoring and retweeting capabilities of Hootsuite. At first glance, eClincher fit the bill. But, the more I use it, the more I realize it's not going to work. It's setting you up to fail with retweeting. All the system does it copy the tweet/post with no credit given to the original poster. If you want a good way to tick off people on social media, that's it.
* Keyword research limitations are a big deal for me. Hootsuite, even as a free option, gives you seemingly endless streams. You're limited to 10 "feeds" in total, meaning you have to be very selective.
* Keyword research frustrations are really causing me headaches. I felt like eClincher pulls the same 20 Tweets and just rotates them in my feeds. I get more from Hootsuite's free plan right now. I'm not going to switch to Hootsuite, but I actually use Hootsuite to find the tweets I want to retweet AND to monitor my Twitter account.

I've been using eClincher for more than a year now. My biggest problem I needed to solve was to make it easier to find Tweets I wanted to retweet and schedule them in a way that wasn't time consuming. Hootsuite, without the auto queue option, was just not going to work. I spent 624 hours on it just to tweet, retweet and interact on Twitter.
eClincher has a great auto queue option and bulk upload, but I don't know if there's anything else that will make me want to use it for much longer. As easy as it is to use, I also find a lot of bugs and struggle with its outdated layout sometimes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest looking at what you're really using it for. If you're simply monitoring social media feeds or needing an auto queue system, it should be something you try. However, there are much better options out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Never thought an app could make my job so easy. It's very intuitive and it allows me to do things that I couldn't do with other apps. I love that I can schedule my posts to publish automatically

There's no one thing I can say about this app that I dislike. The only thing I regret is not have found it early

Time saver! Before eClincher I would take hours a day managing my social media, now that I can schedule ahead of time I've become more efficient at work

What do you like best about the product?
eClincher allows you to handle the heaviest workloads in a single application. This is nuts. You can do accurate analytics, non-restrictive content schedules and switch platforms like never before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used other platforms with slightly more comprehensible UIs but they sacrifice functionality and space. eClincher fits so many useful tools in one screen, it is easily the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, you can't get better than this analytics-wise. For any new CM trying to handle multiple platforms for the same client it is also a breeze with this.
