What do you like best about the product?
Using Attensi helps to engage users to play (learn) training content modules without telling them to do so. It's always easier if users are willing to learn rather someone telling them that it's important. With their simulated dialogs we can very well focus on behavior changes and rebuild real life scenarios. This makes the content feel relevant and real. Less passive learning --> more interactive learning. Using Attensi Skills the training modules are fast, short, fun, engaging, easy to use and understand. Using Attensi Portal helps us to deploy the training modules to the right users according to their position & roles. Customer Service department and helpdesk reacts very quick to support in any issues or questions. Attensi Creator helps us to create training modules by ourself without having coding skills. Very intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike at this moment. I only see advantages and benefits in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We engage users to learn and even more important when it comes to real learning, users are repeating content not because we ask them for. They do it to get better results, points or to be on top of the leaderboard. Using Attensi Ai we can create content faster in different languages. This closes time to market.
