Harmony EndPoint is one of the Best Endpoint Security solutions as it has almost all the features required to secure the endpoint.

One feature that could use improvement is the reporting capabilities. While the essential reports are available, having more customization options for data analysis would be beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
It can defend against malware, phishing and ransomware. I have seen how ransomware can cripple an organization by holding all computing assets for ransom. I really love the ability to recover files affected by ransomware attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have difficulty with integrating it with MacOS and even some older Windows 10 builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies security management with centralized control and automated responses. It protects endpoints from malware, ransomware, phishing and zero-day attacks. It also ensures security measures do not slow down devices or disrupt workflows.

what I love about Harmony Endpoint is it's protection against real-time and existing threats and also it offers scalable security across devices.

It poses steep learning curve and high resource consumption.

In our company there is no endpoint solution before but one year ago we have deployed harmony endpoint managed through cloud. After that there is a signifiacnt change in our company security posture. As a result harmony endpoint has shielded us and it is shielding us from zero-day attacks and specially from ransomware attacks.

What I like most about the solution is that it supports almost all Operating Systems (OS) with a single agent and provides excellent endpoint security from emerging threats.

Customizable reporting enhances mail protection and clarity

What is most valuable?
Harmony's report settings are quite useful. The reports are clear and customizable, allowing us to easily show which types of mails are being blocked or protected under the platform.
What needs improvement?
There have been complaints about the integration with mailing groups in Active Directory. It's challenging to identify spam in cases where specific mailboxes receive emails from many domains but specific accounts.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Harmony for about three years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We haven't had any problems during these three years, so stability is rated ten out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We haven't tested scalability extensively, however, since there are no complaints, I would rate it as ten out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
We contacted technical support two weeks ago about questions regarding incoming and outgoing mail controls. We were very satisfied with the support we received.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In another experience, I've used WebSense, now known as Forcepoint, for spam and mail security. WebSense was an on-premises solution, whereas Harmony is a cloud solution.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was easy. It mostly involved connecting the solution to Office 365.
What about the implementation team?
We had an integrator or consultant, Confograf, who helped us mainly with the planning tasks. Execution was done by our team over three months.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing for Harmony was reasonable compared to other cloud solutions. It was one of the reasons we chose it.
What other advice do I have?
Planning is crucial for a smooth experience when implementing Harmony. It's best to take your time to ensure all settings are correct. The overall rating for the solution is ten out of ten.

There are some issues with the management part, especially in converting central configurations to local configurations within SmartConsole in Check Point Firewall.

I have not encountered any issues with Check Point Harmony; there has not been a need to contact support often.

Check Point Harmony is very good and offers ease in deployment.

I have used Check Point support for a firewall issue related to connecting the central to local management. However, converting central configurations to local configurations was not possible.

The endpoint security suite provides powerful anti-phishing system that detects known and unknown threats over the internet. We have been able to identify harmful threats with suspicious activities in the network. The platform offers real-time forensic reports that enables the organization to launch investigations of compromised assets.

I have not had bad experience from the performance of this software since we deployed it.
