What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing i like about New Relic is their ability to provide detailed information about things like application perfomance, user experience etc. As a person who works among with the developer's,i could gain more knowledge of New Relic from Developers perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
However i found some issue's like cost( can be bit more adjustable ), and as well as Relic makes Developer's bit more lazy(as you gois do most of thing's )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application Perfomance Testing, Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring.

By doing so, Relic improves the reliability of application, provides a better user experience as well as development side improvements.
