Simple to use, effective to apply.
What do you like best about the product?
a grate feature was the ease of use. I used in my Node Application, it was very easy to integrate and implement in the overall application. All it took was installing the npm package and a few lines of code to add in my code base.
Another feature I loved was the user experience, it was very smooth. Every feature was easily available, while the customer support is amazing, user rarely needs it because they can explore easily on their own.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free tier allows very limited user to access. Makes it a bit difficult to collaborate. Also a minor flaw was logs, I tried to monitor logs but the logs were not as detailed and robust as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly the product(s) used to have problems, a bad API or the server specs being not enough. This would often result in a slow app or sometimes a crash, what we needed was monitoring and observability of our entire infrastructure and application. While some cloud providers have their own tools, they are not as feature rich or there are multiple that are scattered, this eventually becomes cluttered and a mess to maintain.
New Relic helped us solve these problems by having all of the features such as logging, APM, Server Monitoring, Server health and more, all in a single platform. Since we started using New Relic, it has become much easier to debug problems, and be proactive regarding Application health and scaling.
