Smooth onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
I was satisfied about the onboarding process. From Dataddo was there one person from CS team and solution team (technical person), it was really easy to understand about the app

I didn’t have any bad situation or problem

Facebook and Instagram have specific API and sometimes is tricky, but Dataddo is trying their best to solve any problem

The new pricing model is for everyone, I need just Stripe connector, and now it makes sense

I needed historical data from my Instagram account and with Dataddo was simple

Instagram is working differently than other platforms (API) and I didn’t know how to do it

Dataddo helped me with the historical load and now I can compare every month throughout the year

We needed to extract data from Instagram to our warehouse, it was just few steps to connect it

I had problem with some attributes, but I solved it.

It was really simple to connect to the app and blended more sources together
