Very simple to use, very powerful, works great with Kubernetes
What do you like best about the product?
Tyk is easy to set up, easy to integrate, support GraphQL and works excellent on K8s.
The best dashboard out of any we tried.
The docs are solid, and there is a significant and responsive community to help out when things get stuck.
The support service is excellent, def recommend taking that up. Helpful when planning to move to production.

What do you dislike about the product?
The included Dev Portal is pretty basic. I haven't tried the Enterprise Portal, so I can't comment.
The cloud pricing is open, but you need to speak with sales to get pricing for the self-hosted stuff; that's annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for securing and versioning an extensive estate of APIs. So much more straightforward and stable to run a microservice architecture than trying to do it manually. The integration with CI/CD removes a lot of pain from the programme.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The engineers on pre-sales are an excellent source to get bootstrapped with makes sense to get a free account on the SaaS before going further. The tutorials are worth doing, esp if you are new to GraphQL in this context
