I really like the quickness and reliability of G2 along with an excellent vocabulary!

I love the idea of conversating with someone else in another language with an amazing vocabulary and anonymity that come with customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I didn't find anything I didn't like about it! There are a lot of great features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
