What do you like best about the product?
The enterprise scalability can't be matched. Always has been great but now its going to a new level with the 2019 release. Love this new modern direction and very fast fearure iterations. Keep it up.

Still has a high maintenance overhead... Need way too many skilled people to keep the system going.

I like that the product offers a lot of flexibility to connect with different sources and create very beautiful dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky developer tool. Android Mobile apps do not work with iOS dashboards.Enterprise Manager should allow users to do more custom metadata reporting

It's not the least expensive product on the market.

Frexible of analytics, easy to find datas during analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
For easy use, it has too much functions. Plug ins are not sufficient compare to competitor.

Business Users want to analyze data in the same time they want show easy dashboard to bunch of Sales Representatives. We need to meet both needs. Microstrategy solve the situation.

I like most about precaching or cube concepts in Microstrategy, and can scale up to enterprise level applications

I fell UI interface is not as good as other tools, I mean visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our group we see lot of improvement in perfomance delivering reports because of pre caching the data.

MicroSTrategy has fantastic visualzations and MicroStrategy can support large number of concurrent users.

Learning curve is very long for new developers and Business Analysts

Analysis of Vendor contract and spend data. MicroStrategy helps us analyze contracts and spend data.
