What do you like best about the product?
Microstrategy gives us a clear and concise view of the data we are trying to show. There are a lot of options for us to use so that we can present our stakeholders the exact view that they witsh to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes performance issues with large data, as well as if we are looking at multiple dashboards at oncec,.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realizing where are strong areas are as well as where we have business opprtunities

They need to improve on what they include in MVP for new features. Should focus on stabilizing existing features

A lot of sales reporting for HQ and field users. Time to insight has reduced.

What I like the most is the Mobile Platform and Easy of use.

As a new Microstraegy user there is nothing I dislike in the product for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better Analytical capabilities, Easy of createing and deployment of reports.
Great BI platform
What do you like best about the product?
MicroStrategy works well for our enterprise. I am our architect and administrator. I really like the control I have through admin tools as well as security and access features. We're working to provide increased self-service to our end-users and the secusirt and access features really help me be comfortable with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason I gave MicroStrategy a 9 out of 10 is that there are a few idiosyncracies with the version we're on. I keep hoping that there will be fewes as we pugrade but that hasn't happened. The issues really are more nuicanses than real problems, thoguh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MicroStrategy for day to day operational reporting as well as data entry using their TRansaction Service features. We devliver reports to about 300 people througout our organization. That's almost 1/3 of our employees.We receive data through Transaction Service from a much smaller group, maybe about 30 people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good relationship with your sales and account management team, They can be invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
we are currently an obiee shop with many power bi users. we were impressed that mstr has the metadata layer so we can control the data, but allow analysts and users the flexibility to create and enhance their own visualizations. Mstr won the poc due to their AI, hyper intelligence, natural query language etc. they are several steps ahead of the competition. also, their sales team was AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't installed yet so there isn't anything to dislike yet :)

MicroStrategy is a good tool for bulding dashboards, but lacks internet information

The performance is decent. a lot of automated processes in mstr.
Also, easy using command manager to access and do some actions such as cube's publishing.

Not much information on the web when encountering problems. I guess it's because of not many customers out there on the market.
