2 years video observations of teacher interns
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive comments. time stamping and ability to link comments and events on video to standards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigating in and out is tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible timely virtual observations, data collection and interactive feedback. Tracking evidence for Teacher certification.

What do you like best about the product?
I found it very helpful to use between myself and my coachee. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything I didn't like. There is nothing missing in this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized it is a great medium to use with my coaches in obtaining their teaching credentials.
Interface with Connect needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make time-stamped comments on student presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that speeches don't show up as submitted until the due date (rather than when students complete them). Instructional videos for both instructors and students that show how GoReact works WITHIN Connect would be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems associated with using Medial within Blackboard by using GoReact embedded in Connect.
Works well for Sales Role Plays and Practice Sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I used GoReact for students to practice their sales role-plays. The feature I liked the best was the ability to offer comments that tag to the video - and the comments can be audio, written, or video. It worked really well and was simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My students had some concerns over connecting to GoReact via the McGraw-Hill platform, but in the end, it worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My students were able to practice outside of class with their peers and I was able to hold them accountable by offering feedback.

I love the versatility of GoReact. It is a great collaboration tool with colleagues. I have also used it with my students to collaborate and share!

I don't think there is anything missing from GoReact.

No problems. Benefits that I have seen are positive feedback on various topics from colleagues. It opens collaboration and cooperation.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with GoReact has been outstanding! For me it is intuitive, user friendly, easy to maneuver through, use and manage. Best of all, it allows me to give specific feedback to each ST about every moment and component of their lesson, their teaching strategies, classroom management, best practices and a ST can watch themselves teach and read my comments at the exact time they see what it is they are doing. There is nothing better than this! Having the ability to go back and watch themselves teach is a gift that they can learn and grow from since their comments ate timestamped on their video in real-time. This is a truly authentic, purposeful and meaningful way to mentor, guide and support our student teachers. After I watch their video and create my written observation form for their file, I share the written document with them and my ST and I have a phone or Zoom conference debrief so we are still connecting personally, discussing and going over everything together at a time that is convenient for both of us. All of my student teachers have used GoReact for some of their observations this term and all agree it is easy to use, to upload their videos and they greatly appreciate having both their video and my written comments and observations of their lesson from beginning to end to refer back to and learn from. I hope GoReact continues to be an option we use in the future! Thank you for providing this great tool for us so we can better serve and meet the needs of our dedicated student teachers!

GoReact-Go Stress Free!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy GoReact is to use. I can easily record a mentoring session, small group instruction, or whole group lessons in one place. I also like the annotation feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that not enough educators know about GoReact. If more educators had access or the experience, it would be used more by students and teachers.

I can see where I need to improve as a mentor and classroom teacher. I know the areas of growth that I need to make.

Great for Public Speaking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do real-time markers and feedback. I also like that you can do a video and voice-recorded response for your students. With our internal platform, you were limited to only 2 minutes to provide feedback which wasn't often enough. Students also say that it is easy to review their peer speeches. Another aspect I appreciate is that I was able to provide a rubric for peer reviews and a seperate one for my reviews. That was an important consideration for me when testing the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue has since been resolved, but there were no page numbers with our textbook A Pocket Guide to Public Speaking in the online textbook. Considering that I often say reference page ___ in my assignments, this created quite an issue for me. It has since been fixed, however.
I also wish there was a way in LaunchPad to assign students which speeches they will evaluate? For example, each student is randomly assigned 4 peer speeches to evaluate? I just always feel so bad for the student who only has 1 review while some of his/her peers have 6 or 7 reviews.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Longer time to provide feedback, rubrics for peers to use when providing feedback, multiple ways of uploading speeches, saving space on internal servers, and simplicity to use.

I have used two other platforms in my professional career. GoReact is the easiest to use and the video to video response is key!
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am a new business, I am just learning the operations/payment side of video for my clients. I would like to have an easier way to have my clients sign up while kicking the payment portion directly to me. Right now I reach out to a person, pay for a set amount of codes, the. Distribute the codes as I need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business is across the natuon, so video is imperative to the success of my clients, especially as travel has been disrupted with Covid. I am still able to "see" my clients in action using GoReact!

Best platform for video coaching!
Overall, a positive experience for myself and the students.
What do you like best about the product?
In using goreact, the best part of the platform was the features it provided in grading student submissions. Having time-stamped comments and reviewing while watching the submissions was beneficial from an instructor's standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of the grades not coming over to the LMS directly was a bit cumbersome, but not the end of the world. This may have been due to us using the platform through SAGE, but having the grades autoflow into canvas would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid times, students were all online, so having them be able to record themselves digitally and post the speeches made the class possible. It is a great tool even if you are not using it for speeches, as you can include it in online classes to meet your students virtually.
