Great for clinical skills practice and feedback
What do you like best about the product?
GoReact is really user friendly for both me and students. They have a lot of fun using it to record their mental health counseling skills practice with classmates as well as work with clients. Giving feedback is quick and easy for me, especially bc the platform is like transcription software. Playback pauses when I type a comment and resumes when I hit enter. Really swift! Definitely would recommend for other settings where clinical skills need to be observed or evaluated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes students' recordings get stuck buffering on the server and are lost forever. Some students have lost some really great recordings they had to talk themselves into making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes files get stuck uploading. Students gets really frustrated when this problem happens. By using GoReact often, I have observed students gain tons of confidence in their clinical skills and embrace more of a growth mindset in accepting feedback from me and classmates.
Perfect for Professional Development
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can interact with videos at certain timestamps, this allows for great feedback opportunities. I also like the support I have from GoReact whenever I need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it can be difficult to set up the account for your business but once that is done you're good to go. Be mindful of what email you use and how to get your team invited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of GoReact are allowing individuals to comment on videos as well as seeing many videos at once. This platform creates a great space for feedback and professional development.
GoReact - Professor Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to annotate, pause video, review others' comments. Effective for assigning grades. Students can often find good feedback and use the tool to drill down on key moments in the video.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has not always worked well with Blackboard/Brightspace, their are challenges in uploading for my students. There should be some coordination with University IT department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to comment and review videos for student teachers, not having to use word documents and YouTube. I have been able to remove a lot of meeting times due to the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with your organiation's IT department to streamline training efforts, it will take time.
Great way to provide feedback and post assignments
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to edit so many different aspects of the assignment, when you're an instructor, is amazing. Besides that, that different ways that you can provide/receive feedback is super helpful as sometimes different types of feedback would better fit a situation
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a bit nicer and felt more clean and fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major things that we use GoReact for is feedback on assignments in ASL. Sometimes it's hard to provide English feedback, so the ability to use video is so great.
Excellent Resource!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of GoReact is the useful tools for providing timestamped feedback in a meaningful and organized way. I loved being able to continue observing teachers with flexibility during a time heavily restricted by Covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really loved everything about how GoReact functioned. Perhaps I didn't have the right features activated, but I wish I had received an email notification when my students uploaded videos for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Of course, GoReact didn't solve covid, but it did solve a covid-related problem. It allowed me to observe my teachers in the classroom when their schools did not permit visitors.
Love to use it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love its utility for students. It makes it so easy to share with others! I'm happy to use this product in schools and with different subjects of students. Great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it may have some issues with the way that students log in. I don't know if there is an SSO option, but I have not been able to find one at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using GoReact is the best way to get foreign language students to show their skills without having to use another, different external tool to do so. It's hugely helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
GoReact allows for maximum feedback to students and allows for a much more collaborative experience between the assessor and assessee. Superior to competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
More data analysis on the backend, please. Need better meta tags for schools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GoReact allowed for remote learning to work flawlessly during the main part of the pandemic. Without it, the student teacher experience would have been devestated. The benefits are amazing to watch a student teach and assess from anywhere.
Great setting for sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed being able to collaborate with other people. It is always easier to share something online than have to share it in person and I was able to do this easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I disliked during the time I used this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning ASL! It is hard to assign homework and learn ASL when you have to be in person. So GoReact helped the relationship between student and teacher.
HR Block
What do you like best about the product?
I have used inkling for my HR block class and it has been pretty good to use, no issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It times out and locks me out after specific time. I need to sign in everytime it does that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life easier. Instead of carrying a traditional books everything is accessed online.
