Great for Controlled Environments
What do you like best about the product?
Echo automates the recording and delivery process. The dashboards are easy to use and their LTIs work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first problem is that lecture recording does not have a way to alert the speaker if their microphone is not being picked up. Without audio the recording is useless. Once a decent recording is loaded there are very minimal editing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Echo360 allows us to increase class size and still provide lectures to off-campus students. It also makes lecture recording and LMS delivery more feasible for faculty of all technical abilities.
Turning point
What do you like best about the product?
Easy use. Turning Point is a great piece of technology that allows instructors to quickly assess student knowledge in large classes. Very easy software to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. To be able to use this, these do come at a pretty hefty cost. I am not sure to the actual numbers, but hopefully nobody is actually buying these outright, but their workplace will consider it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need to quickly assess a rather large number of students and have it be graded for you, Turning Point clickers/remotes are a great way to go. Pretty expensive but institutions should have enough cash to dish out for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Urge your department, school, or college to buy these because they do cost a ton.

What do you like best about the product?
The live analytics for presentations and participant engagement and record maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of steps required for set up is tedious but for integrations purposes its good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The higher Education problem solver for all of our requirements.
Student Use of a Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamlessness of the product. It makes uploading videos very easy and the fact you can just record the video within the app is genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more tools such as a video editing tool. It also should be more aestatetically pleasing with the ability to download right to youtube or other video websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a location for all of my videos for school to be placed in one central location. My professor is able to comment in real time on certain parts of my video and help me do better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out with a trial video at first. See if it uploads along with trying to add comments.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how I can create comments at different time stamps. As I am going through my video, when I make a comment it is timestamped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could watch two videos side by side.

Helping to receive feedback on videos, in a clear way.
A great tool for sharing information
What do you like best about the product?
To create Chapters with different content. The Links between these capters and the search funktion across all chapters

The look of the programm is not very clear for new users. They have trouble to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
inking offers a way to create and distribute information to end users in an interactive and engaging manner. Publishing updates is simple and quick making it easy to keep the information relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic widgets need to be easier to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the information updated quickly and tracking what users are accessing is extremely valuable. No longer need to worry about which version someone was referencing as they cannot save a copy to their desktop.
Inkling Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create the content myself and share easily with other countries for translation, building a library of content is easy, easy for users to access
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough interactivity, On the backend it has been hard to track productivity of users because of the way our business is structured we aren't able to give a login for a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to reach our wide range of employees globally. Most use it as a tool to learn before they come to a training environment so it's not exactly adding new info but giving them a glimpse of what they will learn eventually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have anyone on my team up to speed on the platform in less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how limited we are in regards to design we can change on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inkling provides our business with a simple UX that allows our workmates to find exactly what they are looking for.
Inkling works for Love's
What do you like best about the product?
I like the searchability and updatability of Inkling. It's also super responsive, downloadable and generally pretty quick navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the video upload and sometimes how restricting it can be when trying to come up with a layout for the guides. But sometimes working within restrictions creates unification and better design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our Quick Reference Guides all in the same hub with easy-to-update one-click publishing. I realized that SMEs can easily add comments or even edit the guides directly in Habitat. This makes updating super easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop thinking about it and just give them a call! They will even help connect you with a company that can import your old library into Inkling so you're not importing tons of libraries.
