What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to author a document in Inkling
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to move content from one book to another.

Creating a single repository for all content

The versatility of the custom made patterns allows for creative methods for displaying important content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slightly negative aspect of inkling is the primary Library page where too many inkdocs can give the appearance of clutter. Need a "show all" function to hide these icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily searchable content, great user metrics, and a platform that provides a professional appearance to the users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to consider what you want out of a KM system and think about how you could leverage inkling to meet those needs.

Inkling Review
What do you like best about the product?
Glossary search feature: we use this all the time, its great! Custom glossary links make it possible to navigate directly to the content and information your delegates and employees will need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proprietary editing interface, its a little hard to get used to, but once you do its easy enough to maintain and build new content for modernization of workbook and continuing education type programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings over physical workbooks for onboarding has been a tremendous win for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its worth it after initial uploads.
We're evaluating the Training experience for all our Team Members with Inkling.

I like the Search functionality and easy to view content within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it included more functionality to incorporate eLearning courses as widgets.

We're solving Analytics with on the job practices and taking out printing by adding digital content with one-click publishing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating high quality interactive content as well as the ability to make edits and push to the field in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing users. The back end to manage active/retired users and the Inkdocs they receive is not ADMIN friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing print materials. Reaching global users in English and native languages. Aligning to marketing campaigns. Assessing digitally on learning materials.
Very happy with Inkling
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to build higher quality content in less time than it would take with other development tools. Our finished products look very professional and engaging, without the need for graphic designers! Love the drag-and-drop interface. Also very happy with Inkling's responsiveness to our questions and any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't been able to get exactly the reporting that we've been looking for, but improvements to Insights are on the roadmap this year. We have a list of suggestions for product enhancements, but of course Inkling can't get to all of them at once. It seems the focus for development is more on the mobile side, which is not something we are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Robust authoring and delivery platform. Reduced development time. Higher quality, more interactive content. Increased engagement.
GoReact
What do you like best about the product?
This is great for ASL videos and communicating with feedback through GoReact. Deadlines can also be set through GoReact which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited capabilities for setting due dates - I wish it were more flexible with setting deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are that ASL videos can be easily graded through GoReact.

Turning Point in Large Lecture Classes
What do you like best about the product?
Self-paced polling for exams and quizzes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations of responseware for phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to do attendance, quizzes, and tests more efficiently, saving me time grading 90 of anything. I can use polling everyday in the classroom. It is an invaluable resource.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this for all educators in large lecture classes for reading quizzes, exams, and polling for reading.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple concept of this system- when you are running it in "Anywhere Polling" mode .This is my preferred mode for conferences as no links or additional program is necessary. Therefore when your presenter shows up 10 minutes before their lecture and has made 20 changes, it is no problem at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the price point, but it isnt bad considering the price of other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to make it as easy as possible for work to function as intended. That includes presenters having a very easy time to make changes to their work.

If you like easy products that are not hard to learn. This one is it!
