What do you like best about the product?

The best thing about JumpCloud is its zero touch deployment which makes it incredibly easy to onboard new devices and users. The interface is intuitive and implementation is hassle free.

the features like SSO, cloud radius and patch management save much time, especially for mixed environments. also support is responsive, pricing is reasonable, and I highly recommend JumpCloud for its simplicity and efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing serious to dislike about JumpCloud, but fixing the conditional policies that affect SSO for some apps would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

JumpCloud has solved a lot of our IT headaches especially with device management across Mac, Windows, Android and IOS devices. The zero touch deployment makes onboarding new hires faster and easy. while Patch Management ensures devices stay updated without constant manual effort. Single sign-on has reduced password reset tickets and improved security.

Dynamic groups help streamline access management letting us focus on more important projects. It is not perfect but it is definitely made IT management much smoother.
