Easy to use, for dev and end users!
What do you like best about the product?
Their UI is super intuitive, and easy to use. The docs for getting everything set up are spot on. We use this across our company site and usage is growing! We recently utilised the API to setup 1000's of templated pages proving how well the integration works
What do you dislike about the product?
We're currently investigating slowness which may or may not be related to Storyblok API requests in our NextJS application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing marketing team members to quickly set up new pages without dev requirements
Good basis, room for improvement and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy platform to learn, the fact you can see what you are modifying in real time makes a difference compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to have a lot of flexibility in terms of creating new sections that work at personalised requests, maybe the version my company uses is not the full suite but would be nice to have coding options or others to modify the basic components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy 'plug and play' platform to create a website, it seems to integrate well with APIs and other functions more pertinent to my digital / IT department but works well for the marketing and visual side of things.
Very good experience, great UX
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, easy to find features, it's easy for devs to set up new sections
What do you dislike about the product?
minor usability details like navigating between pages or how i need to reload the page for the new updates to show
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between dev and marketing
Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and you can see how it will look like while you are working
What do you dislike about the product?
the first training, but when you understand it is easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its fast and we can update multiple market's at the same time
My Persanal exerience with storyblok and how it helped my organisation solve content mangement
What do you like best about the product?
Right of the top of my head , i would say it being an API first platform , which made it really easy to integrate with frameworks like react and next. js for me as a Javascript software developer , it was a really great tool as opposed to what i and my team had been using before hand
What do you dislike about the product?
i'd say what i dislike about storyblok is that it may come with a more difficult learning curve for non-technical editors . in my experience onboarding other stakeholders onto the platform and explaining the content models was quite a pain .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of allowing non technical and technical stakeholders , manage and distribute content effectively with little to no friction. for me its been great as once i setup alot of the heavy lifting the handoff process becomes seamless .
A great pairing with a headless CMS migration
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI with tons of options for tons of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires skilled developers in order to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had WordPress and wanted to go headless. Storyblok seemed like the best option and we've been pleased so far.
Streamlined Content Creation with a Few Risks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Storyblok weekly to create sponsorship pages for my company, and it’s been a great tool for streamlining the process. I really like how edits and updates appear automatically as I’m working — it saves time, makes the workflow smoother, and gives me confidence that the content is coming together as intended. It seamlessly connects to my website so implementation is almost automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I’ve run into is that a single error can sometimes impact the entire site. While this doesn’t happen often, it can be stressful when it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok helps streamline the process of building and updating sponsorship pages for my company. Instead of going through a complicated back-and-forth with developers, I can make edits myself and see them applied in real time. This saves a lot of time, reduces dependency on technical teams, and makes it easier to keep pages accurate and up to date.
Delightful content editing experience with so so many integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and ease of use, it's so easy to get non-technical folks up and working in the space. I also like the ease of internationalization and translation support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we hit a lot of cacheing or auth issues, pages can 404 when things go weird with caching or something needs refreshing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok powers an increasing amount of our website, including both logged-in and public experiences. It's easy to use, flexible, and can be customized both to our unique website but also to our wider organization, which manages a wide variety of sites. It works well with many many other tools as well.
Easy-to-Use & Easy-to-Customize CMS
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from WordPress to Storyblok just over a year ago, and I love how easy to use the platform is and how customizable it is compared to other products! It was pretty simple to onboard and implement, and getting people integrated and using it has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function within content/pages can be a bit of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok has allowed us to keep our website up-to-date quickly and easily. It's also allowed us to change and grow the modules available.
Storyblok usage personal and professional
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best as the team developer is that I get to create components and manage the site but everyone else in the team can create web pages easily.
The whole team uses the site on a daily basis whether creating content, editing or reviewing. The UI is self intuitive and easy to pick up for less technically minded individuals.
Once the back end was set up using Nuxt and Vue, it was easy to implement and customise to our own branding and styles.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very few, mainly training documents and guides aren't update very often and not kept up to date with the current screens and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem was all website requests went through me, taking up time making small edits and revisions. Now other members of the team can do this, leaving me to work on development and improvements in the back end.
