This is the unique and the very developer friendly platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The on-page content editing is the best part of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the platforms seems high for startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Storyblok we can build user-friendly CMS. With this, users don't have to panic while adding content, because all the content are displaying live.
Great CMS with visual editor, but some glitches still being worked out in newest version.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the visual editor, great discord community that's always willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Version 2 still has some issues that are being resolved, but I'm sure with time they will have them all worked out. I find myself jumping back to version 1 from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a headless CMS with an easy to use visual editor, and Storyblok has definitely been a great solution for that. Our marketing team has no problem creating new landing pages, adjusting layouts, etc. with confidence that what they see is what they will get.
The revolution
What do you like best about the product?
I love Storyblok, all the content it's easy managed. It's fully customizable, translatable at any degree you need. If you need to change the way you manage the contets of your websites and project this is for you
What do you dislike about the product?
For me it's a revolution, I still can't find something bad about it. Maybe if you were accustomed to the older UI version you'll be a little overwhelmed with the new IU but it's really a matter of a couple of hour of use to get it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My websites are going full power thanks to Storyblok! Even the clients can produce all new content without having to deal with anything of the frontend of the website. All it's easy peasy lemon squeezy
Storyblok, our no. 1 CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok is intuitive and easy to use for everyone within the organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside as we are extremely happy with Storyblok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes only a short time for people to use, so less training time. We are also able to localize our storefront a lot easier.
Take a deep breath and focus
What do you like best about the product?
- The new 'Search blocks' feature. It will save a lot of time, especially if you handle a lot of small and same-named modules.
- The new primary Color
- The Basic Idea behind Storyblok

What do you dislike about the product?
Editor Interface:
There is no focus or priority in design - same margins between elements, font sizes, same contrast, no buttons. You removed the focus of the last used element inside a list.
I need to do more clicks than before - e.g., multiple lists (why should I additionally save a selected list?). If I allow only one specific block, I have to pick it inside an overlay before I only need to click on 'add block'
I need to move more with my mouse - the overlay for adding blocks is now in the center of the screen - before it was close to the button, I clicked
before it was way more intuitive - the reason our content creators loved the interface
The position of the error message for missing content is unuseful - I need to search for it.
Blok Library Editor is not always working - sometimes it does not save changes
Editor Interface of field-type blocks:
- the most used feature is now at the bottom, allowing only specific components to be inserted' - and barely noticeable because I need to scroll now, and it sticks to the bottom of the screen
Assets:
Why do you hide the folders behind a button? Again I need to do so much more clicks to finish my to dos
No drag and drop for sorting your assets
Spaces Page
- the cards are way too big; I need to manage more than ten small Projects; before, it was a nice list
General: You must go back to a clean and focused design approach. Think about visual priorities. V1 looked a little bit old-fashioned, but you delivered a great experience. Remove a lot of that clickibunti stuff, and you'll be fine.

Currently the best cms
What do you like best about the product?
The schemas are very easy and intuitive to work with. It's like all the good things from wordpress and its available for out of the box in storyblok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty steep curve to get productive with Storyblok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storyblok gives me a good and intuitive cms to offer our customers.
I'm a frontend developer using Storyblok for 2 of our customers
What do you like best about the product?
The live preview is something my customers really like and me and my colleagues aswell. It's also easy to clone from one space to another early on in development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it abit tedious when adding content to my modules. There's alot of steps involved going back and forth. Perhaps getting back to the main module when you've completed all fields for a subfield.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my customer's work easier and hence makes them more satisfied. I also find it much easier testing on QA with the live preview. Setting up new pages is also very easy and done quickly.
Flows and UI could be more intuitive but good support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of editing copy, ability to edit and store copy in multiple langauges
What do you dislike about the product?
The stacking/nesting of blocks and rows is tricky and not intuitive. It's very easy to delete or remove blocks on the interface and not be able to undo it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing wider team to edit images and copy instead of it needing to be engineers
The most developer-friendly CMS out there
What do you like best about the product?
Is a very pleasure to work with the Visual Editor, especially on V2, it lets not-technical users be fully autonomous. At the same time, the platform and the APIs are very powerful and versatile for developers. The new Image Editor is very handy for small images editings needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ecosystem around the product is young and more integrations, especially with e-commerce platforms, are still missing. The migration from other CMS platforms still requires a lot of boilerplate work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal of Storyblok is clearly to find the best balance between developers' and marketers' use experience, giving them flexibility and a very good UI. For us this means that we can choose the best frontend framework for each project, while we can guarantee to our clients to be able to change contents on their sites without spending every time development hours (and so saving money for more useful work).
Easy to use, lots of simple modules to choose from, quick to work with
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't mess up copy that's been pasted over like a lot of site builders and similarly, the page always looks exactly as you'd expect on mobile or desktop without having to mess around with code to fix things. The way it should be!
What do you dislike about the product?
A photo resizer would be helpful, save having to edit every picture before putting it in, or re-editing as it doesn't quite fit. Sometimes can be a little glitchy at previewing pages in draft mode but that is also possible an issue with the way our site runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple way to quickly make new pages and reactive content that looks good and works well, which helps us with communication and branding. Easy to make multiple versions of pages to A/B test.
