Headless CMS for content editors
What do you like best about the product?
I think Storyblok is the only CMS with WYSIWYG functionality. Content editors always need this functionality while editing/adding content. Instead of clicking on many links to view the preview.
Management API & CLI to update the component without actually going into the interface.
If you are looking for a SaaS Headless solution for small and medium size projects then it is one of the best in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
User management is not mature enough for enterprise or medium size projects. As an example, it is not possible to have roles for developers. The Developer will have access to the administration of spaces.
Management API should also be improved to use space in a classical environment fashion.

SasS headless solution for both editors and developers.
New version with improved UI and functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to be used for non tech folks, intuitive. Allows to preview the changes you are providing real-time and has a good system to track the process of the publication and in the new version it also enhances cross-teams collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assets management still has a few opportunities and challenges to be tackled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a website with flexibility and content management system.
Just a really awesome headless CMS with great documentation
What do you like best about the product?
The visual editor and the simple integration with my favourite frontend framework for static site generation Nuxt.js.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit at first to get a round the concepts of bloks and stories although when you have understood it, it's rather easy and streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a handy tool where I don't have to change code all the time to add new content to a page (like my blog) and benefits web performance in contrast to other CMS systems like Wordpress.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Storyblok is without a doubt its visual editor. Not only has it been revamped and re-imagined in V2, but it's intuitive and content-editor friendly. It's the "drag & drop" experience we've all been waiting for. And to top it off, they have an amazing community to boot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Storyblok is when compared to CMS's like Contentful, it isn't as "battle-tested" as one would say. In turn, it is prone to some hard-to-debug issues (even with the visual editor) with not as many resources to help you get unblocked. The app store/marketplace is also lacking but the same can be said for a variety of CMS's out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my agency, we're looking to build enriching experiences for our clients that not only let them to make compelling visual content but empower them to do so at ease.

Visual Editor from a headless CMS, great integration into whatever frameworks or languages you want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom fields are on an old version of Vue, so can't use all the new V3 features

Adding a visual editor to see your true product and way more powerful/flexible than Markdown content.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact you can embed content inside content, unlocking the ability to create complex page structures all using an intuitive visual editor is a game changer for how we build sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nearly no complaints about Storyblok except perhaps there is no visual editor for react native yet but I understand the technical complexities of doing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It empowers our content editors to quickly create complex and engaging user experiences by dropping in components, selecting assets and updating copy all from easy to use visual editor.
Effortless to use and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
It is indeed effortless to use due to the available components. It is also very easy to learn or to teach it to teams who have no prior knowledge about design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version two of Storyblok had some issues which are now being fixed. Other than that I am content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of paying an agency to help us with the website we can train people with no prior knowledge in web design in just a few days. We are saving money.
The ease of use inside of this headless CMS software is unlike any other.

Hosting multiple pages with easy to use visual editor tools makes it easy to preview and publish throughout the day.
Great headless CMS with some micro-service integration issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Visually stunning for new users. Easy to grasp and work with once initial set up is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storyblok dos have some integration issues with other microservices. For example, Adplugg which we use for partnership ads is not working as designed with the embed card within a Grid in Storyblok. Confirming common microservices your customers is an effective policy. Focus on infrastructure polish (Javascript SDK + HTML5 Tags is Adplugg).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want our administration to have full autonomy of how they use their websites without an engineer present for each department. This will be an improvement over drupal when fully on-boarded.
v2 is a great upgrade with some useful featuers
What do you like best about the product?
The new management, search, content sidebar, and image capabilities are enhanced and are much better than before. It's a great, easy-to-use product and I find it easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new way of adding multiple choice answers on a block is a little weird and took a little time to get used to - it's not obvious what the difference to the old version is at first but once you get how it works, it's a little annoying as you discover an extra step is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love Storyblok as it is a great headless CMS for our websites and with multiple users from different backgrounds and capabilities able to use it, it's a great addition to our suite of tools.
