A good choice if you need CMS with visual editor and wide customisation possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok in general offers an excellent user experience provided by a visual editor. The customisation options are impressive - almost every customer's dream can be realized. There is good support for multilanguage and internationalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to fetch data from Storyblok, some queries and their nesting can be problematic. Some basic options (ex. blocking content from editing) need an app and purchasing a higher plan. Also, the support for Gatsby (especially gatsby-image) seems to be not fully covered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: Gatsby (especially gatsby-image) support, problems with some queries nesting. On the development side, there are some issues, but the benefit is the final user experience the customer gets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a visual editor and wide customisation possibilities Storyblok CMS is a good choice for you. If chosen responsibly, it's a complex and really powerful tool. Setting it up from the developer's point of view can be a little problematic in some cases, but after all, I think user experience is worth the time.

User Friendly & Easy Implement CMS
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Cms , Flexible features to manage contents. Beginner can also use CMS . Technical support is also good .It offers value to money .
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestion to make CMS a little bit fast otherwise no negatives .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have accessed data via Graphs api . It is very intelligent to auto generate and produce responsive content supporting all devices with any resolution . International Audience really loved it .

The ease of getting started and ready to plug in to my project.

I didnt like all of the layout of the cms but that was more from an esthetic point of view.

I used it to learn about cms as a concept and foubd an excellet tutor in storyblok.

Love that it makes it so much simpler to design & that you don't have to have coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little difficult at the beginning but that is probably because I am not tech savvy whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to update our info fast with Storyblok's help. Love the Editor Role tool.

It adds a lot of latency/load time, requires app recompiles, and is not cheap

Easily editable content
Headless CMS that really works for structured content
What do you like best about the product?
It's a no-nonsense headless cms with a great delivery API. Also it supports the types of nested content that supports structured content very well (like for producing website structure and slugs deep slugs).
What do you dislike about the product?
The tooling is extensive with SDKs for several frontend frameworks. But, at the time of writing some of them could require better documentation and structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Storyblok as CMS for several websites and one content-based app.

What do you like best about the product?
Storyblok was directly intuitive. Very quickly the structure behind it could be understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instructions were not exactly easy to understand at the beginning. You might want to choose a flatter start here.

Try another headless CMS. Flexibility was the decisive advantage here

Easily to build a static webpage, it's easy for engineering and content to work together.

This is a saas software, as it, you are tied to the pricing plan.
