My experience with VRx by Vicarius
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and automated patch deployment are standout features, making vulnerability management less cumbersome for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the initial setup can be time-consuming, especially for organizations with complex environments. Also the application management can also be added as a addon feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification of Vulnerabilities: It quickly scans our systems to identify potential vulnerabilities, reducing the time spent manually searching for issues.
Prioritization of Risks: The solution prioritizes vulnerabilities based on their severity and potential impact, allowing us to focus on the most critical threats first.
Automated Patch Management: By automating the patching process, VRx minimizes the risk of human error and ensures timely updates, which significantly enhances our security posture.

The best vulnerability scanning and patching tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
vRx allows my organization to easily identify and remediate vulnerabilities in our environment. It is seamless to implement, has all of the features we need in a tool like this, and empowers us to use it regularly to improve our security posture. Their support is reliable and knowledgeable, and I would highly reccomend vRx to someone looking to improve their organizations vulnerability management.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, vRx does not support patching of Windows store applications and their associated vulernabilitties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
vRx allows us to see exactly where critical vulnerabilities exist in our environment, and quickly deploy patches to remediate them. This allows us to sleep soundly at night knowing that our oragnization, it's data and users are secure.
Very Nice Team and an Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
A very decent priced product for what's offered. You get a lot more than just patch management, it has a lot of different tools that can be utilized to assist with the management of endpoints. The security and permissions within VrX are very granular, allowing you to cherry-pick permissions between different teams. Installation of the product was easy, we just deployed through Intune. We have set up patching schedules throught the app, that we can adjust the frequency of.
The Vicarius team is also a very nice community, the forums have many post and the support team is very helpful. They actually know the product, unlike a lot of other support teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I actively dislike, having to approve a sign in is tedious, but I'd rather be safe than lazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VRX helps us stick to a patch management schedule, that helps us stay compliant. It also makes sure that we are risk free.
The vRx expírence was being fantastic, the vRx help our company to keep vulnerability control.

Interface to use is simple, help me to metric almost indicator of vulnerability and help me to define the patchs were must be install with priority.

In my opinion have a dislike, not has a easy way to find duplicate assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Vicarius VRX is a vulnerability management solution that focuses on the proactive protection of IT assets, has a proactive approach, complete visibility, is continuously updated, and integrates. Most useful, the reporting it has is detailed and easy to understand, analyzes in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It must be constantly managed by a third party, requiring a resource to make the most of the solution, and it always depends on automation.

Visibility of vulnerabilities, automation of patching.

A solution that allows me to automate the updates I have to do one by one.

could have some native API integrations to add to the ITAM solution

Efficiency and optimization for vulnerability management
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to optimize management and remediation time, its virtual patching and script module facilitates asset protection tasks. Ease integation in any network, they implementation optimize deploy in all assets. The customer support is excelent.

It would be nice to include website scans

It allows you to have continuous visibility, no longer depending on annual scans. facilitates remediation with central deployment of updates and additional points such as virtual patching and scripting

Automate the vulnerability update process, Patchless Protection and Automated Scripts

The API could be more comprehensive to connect with other ITAM or Helpdesk type solutions

The main thing would be to automate the update process and choose when and which endpoints will be updated
Great patch management solution
What do you like best about the product?
The panel containing the score of each vulnerability, where I can establish how and when it will be prioritized. Patchless Protection that allows you to create protection over the vulnerability that can be exploited and the possibility of creating different scripts so that I can also create an action schedule for this script.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it can have an even more comprehensive API with other market solutions so that together with an ITAM or remote access solution I can increase the capacity of the solution in addition to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the automation that I can do to resolve vulnerabilities. What used to be done one by one by the team is now possible to do simultaneously.
