Helped us identify the best candidates and improve our skills
What do you like best about the product?
CodeSignal’s user interface is second to none; it allows us to design our own assessments using adaptive programming questions that cover all bases. Also, the automatic assessment is fantastic; applicants (in this case, developers) receive instant feedback on how they are doing, and we can see a deep assessment of their skills as they develop. As a result, we have been able to find the best candidates faster and with much less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very useful for assessing the ability of candidates to work in a team or communicate effectively. This made it necessary to use additional assessment tools, such as interviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a large project, we needed developers. We had many CVs, but lacked a reliable method to assess their technical skills. Neither the online tests nor the more conventional interviews were sufficient. We were able to establish a method for objectively assessing the coding skills of candidates during the recruitment process after implementing CodeSignal. It was clear to us that he was offering an impartial assessment. As an added bonus, the developers liked to be able to show off their skills in a real environment rather than answering our questions.

Low energy for Cosmo free version, but if you practice daily it's fine

Its ability to support screening calls and great support for multiple coding languages

What do you like best about the product?
The CodeSignal team's partnership upon implementation and scalability across our business has been instrumental. Their consistently high level of customer support has allowed our team and candidates to have a great experience when leveraging the platform. The CodeSignal platform and it's features are intuitive, making for easy integration for all of our users. I personally appreciate the CodeSignal's team approach to feedback - they consistently incorporate the feedback we provide as users and are constantly making enhancements or rolling out new features to address. I enjoy working with this team and highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are currently working with the CodeSignal team on integrations with our ATS/CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CodeSignal helps us to screen our top of funnel candidates, giving us early insight into candidates' technial capabilities without investing much, if any, staff hours. Their maintenance of over their library of questions also provides time back from our recruiting staff on managing any leakage and their cheat detection features enable us to make sound decisions on candidacy status.

Truely I am impressed by codeSignal Software. It provides job matching, mobile accessibility, structured learning paths, and a supportive community. This comprehensive approach caters to users at all skill levels, making it a valuable resource for improving coding skills and preparing for technical interviews while also offering support for job seekers and a sense of community among learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is no dislike about CodeSignal as far as my experience is concerned. But some users have found that the difficulty of the coding challenges can be inconsistent, with some challenges being overly complex, while others are too easy. I think this can be improved as CodeSignal has great talented software team.
